Me and my mom had lunch here and you get sit yourself, someone will come up and take your order. The young lady was very nice she pointed out some items that were out to give us heads up. I’m plant-based and my mom is up and coming vegan so we got a 18” pie (pizza) that had All Vegan cheese, Sausage, Sauce, bell peppers, Black Olives, Onions, Tomatoes, Mushrooms Which came up to a little over $50 something dollar Pie (pizza). They charged $3 for every topping and depending on the size of the pie it ranges from $3-$5 per Topping even the premium items like (Vegan Sausage, Vegan Pepperoni, Vegan Cheese, Vegan Sauce). Honestly the price was a little ridiculous but the food was good nice crispy bottom it was giving brick style texture and taste. Also I asked for roasted tomatoes and Bell peppers and I didn’t taste anything roasted nor did I taste the vegan sausage to be honest you don’t see it you need a magnifying glass ? to see it. Lol not joking I was expecting big chunks but it was crumbles. When I finally tasted the sausage it was a bit dry. I’ll still come back I just know what to get and what not to get.

I called in my order they said would be ready in about 10 min, went to pick it up and I got home I live 7 min from the place my food was all cold especially my pizza, I also ordered the pasta that I posted below spent 20 bucks plus tax on it and that’s all I got one piece of meat and like two scoops of pasta, never again ordering from here again, all together I spent 80 plus tax only on a medium pizza a large pizza , 10 wings and a pasta.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an order on the door NYPD Pizzas site for my company event to be ready by 12:00PM. We got there to pick up the pizza and they did not have the order ready. Okay fair because it said read by 12:00-12:30PM. At 12:30 they still did not have the order ready and proceeded to state "they did not see the order and missed it." At this point I had a whole team a people waiting for food. They did NOT apologize for missing the order.At 1:00PM they stated they could make the order but I would have to wait another 40 mins to get the pizzas I ordered that were suppose to be ready by 12:00PM.I am, needless to say very upset as I had to then tell all of the people at the conference, to go buy there own food which made me look unprofessional. And if I had to order from another place it would have taken another 40 mins and everyone was starving.Do not order from this place. They are unprofessional and their lack of customer service is atrocious.

Absolutely loved the pizza here! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had a delightful tang, and the toppings were fresh and abundant. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made it a truly delightful dining experience. This is our new go to spot for pizza.

Well where do I start , went to this place with the fam , first of all you can’t bite though the pizza because it’s so burnt underneath & it tastes burnt , we told the waiter , he had them make us another pizza … pizza came out exactly the same ?…. We also ordered wings & the wings were super gummy , after I spoke to the manager we ended up getting our check , we asked to take our drinks to go , they ended up giving my husband root beer that tasted like there was mop water in it or something , it tasted completely different from the root beer he was drinking before … we got home & my husband got really sick , my husband also has an incurable disease , so whatever you did to his drink I really hope you get your karma for because he’s dealing with enough ! This place sucks ! If I could give y’all 0 stars I would ALSO I’m from NY this ain’t no NY style pizza ! Do better

This was my family's first time at NYPD. We live in the Metrowest area and we were impressed to have such a good tasting pizza place not far off from where we live. The server Keona was very sweet and attentive to us (I know she is newly hired and I believe makes an excellent addition to this restaurant). My only complaint is that when we went in, there was only one other family in the restaurant. We ordered and it took 35 minutes for our pizza to come out. Not Keona's fault, but it seemed like a long wait for only a couple of families in the restaurant (in their defense, more people came in to dine-in after we ordered). I would recommend this place to my friends and I will be back!

For sure, the best pizza and garlic knots around. I could've just eaten a few trays of the garlic knots because they were honestly amazing. My husband and I went and got a Sicilian pie and it was by far the best one we've had around Orlando. Highly recommend that and the garlic knots when you order. Our waitress was so nice and explained to us everything we asked about the menu since we were there for the first time. We definitely never had an empty cup. How the restaurant is decorated, is very on theme and on brand. We loved it. So many things to look at but also not in a way that is so many things on the wall that it's all dusty and gross looking. Very clean place & we will for sure be going back!

Not sure why this place is always quiet but it’s the best pizza in the MetroWest neighborhood, and as a resident I am so thankful that it’s here! My favorite thing on the menu so far has been the chicken parmigiana hero. They use a sesame seed hoagie roll and get it so nice and toasty, and the marinara sauce they use has a nice red wine essence to it. Never had a bad meal or bad service here, and the kitchen staff is always welcoming and will speak to the guests! We really admire the consistently great experience!The salads are great too! They have nice greens!
