I have visited this place before and I never had a bad experience like today.The assigned waiter named Juan was very rude, he never offered us available alternatives, he never returned to the table until it was time to collect the bill.I understand that in a place where people go to eat it is because we understand that we will have a good experienceI can't stop recommending this restaurant because the food is always good.But in terms of service they crashedI hope you take this into account for people who visit you for the first time.

We ordered thru Uber eats all the food came wrong we spent over $60.00 I called the restaurant and all they can tel me it wasn’t their problem. I will never order from them again. They couldn’t even fix the problem for me. So they got there money and we didn’t get the food we ordered.

From the moment I walked in everyone had a smile and very friendly. I felt very welcomed. I ordered the Grilled Skirt Steak with Rice, Beans and Sweet Plantains. I HIGHLY recommend it.
Loved their soup of the day. I ordered a combo of fajitas with a soup of the day. It was a hearty meal for $12ish bucks. Food tasted really good. Friendly/welcoming staff. Overall good vibe. I am going back there to try other menu items for sure.

Unfortunately everything bad. I went to eat at the suggestion of a friend who told me that the food was good but the service was terrible, despite this I decided to go with some friends to see if it was true. At the entrance a very unfriendly girl greeted us. We asked for the patio because several of us smoked vipe and we didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable, but he simply told us that the patio was only available on weekends. Despite this we decided to continue. We were served by a girl named María, very unfriendly. We said we were having a birthday and he didn't have any tact towards my friend. We ordered 4 drinks but in a hurry and desperate to order the order. We wanted to order appetizers but the girl was not friendly at all even though she brought the wrong drink. He left us a world waiting for him to take our order. We decided not to eat and go somewhere else even though they had told me that the food was delicious. A very bad experience. The tip left was what the girl deserved. I asked him for a glass of water and he never brings it and he doesn't even apologize for it. We tried to see if it was busy but the place wasn't even full. I was left wanting to eat because of the bad service. Unfortunate situation but real. I do not recommend this place at all and rest assured that I would not return to this place.
