We had a large group 15We had 2 blooming onions they both were overcooked burnt taste waitress reordered new ones second ones we’re almost undercookedI have eaten at outbacks since they opened I wasn’t impressed by the food quality and those around me eitherI ate half the chicken it was small dry overcookedMy opinion of Outback has changedThe waitress tried that’s all I can say I left her 20%The men’s restroom had a foul smell I’ve seen cleaner bird baths than the sink

Awful experience by our server kelsey, and the management . This chain has gone complety down hill as previous visits everything had been spot on. Please avoid if you experience the night we have had.Turned up this evening at 6.30pm. Was told had a 45 minute wait. After a hour went up to see what the upade was and was told we had already been seated which I was confused by. We then got seated straight away after this comment. Sat down and ordered drinks and food. Drinks came out middle of starters and beers was forgotten. Asked waitress if we can get rest of our drinks. Reply was someone else should have bought these to you. Food arrived and then sat there with no cutlery. Went to manager and said the waitress is struggling this evening. Her reply was its been busy since spring break and we can't cope. My reply was you shouldn't be taking in more customers and not provide a service. Waitress then expected her top tip. Please avoid this outback. Awful experience.

Our waiter was really nice...my family and I really enjoyed our food...the appetizers: fried mushrooms, steak dip & chips, and onion bloom were my favorite things..sooooo good!!We revisited on 03/29/24. Our server (ELijah) was nice, but our visit wasn't as good as the 1st time we went. My older 2daughters ordered steaks which they wantws well done. They were pink throughout and my daughters had to send them back, but they were satisfied with their new steaks. Unfortunately there are no more prime fillet steaks. Unfortunately, my steak wasn't medium as ordered, but the service immediately fixed it and it was delicious. A cheap steakhouse for the USA.
