Plastic knives and cutlery at a steak place is laughable. Then, a cart full of insecticides and cleaning solvent was pushed through the dining room right past our table. We had a no dairy request at our table and the server did not understand what dairy was in and asked us about butter, sour cream, and cheese with disbelief. Not the Outback experience I would expect from the chain. To be fair, the cut of beef I had was decent... Cooked as requested (med rare) and tasty for a sirloin.The atmosphere and service, on the other hand, were sub par. Our waitress came by, but we hadn't decided on drinks yet, howvere she didn't come by again for at least 15 minutes. We checked the reviews here and they were not good. Running late and against our better judgment took a chance anyways.
