The food is decent here, but you never know what they have available. Often show up at lunch time with many entree empty and not available. Today 1/2 the entrees bowls were empty. I simply left.

Went in the lady only gave me 4 shrimps I ask when will more chow mein be done she responded it’s going to be a while I ask how long she again respond a while. I then said how many minutes she said 5 minutes I told her I’ll wait. Once I sat down toWait she then said that they ran out of chow mein.

Sophie was so kind and personable. Everyone else in the store seems committed to a high level of service as well. I wish I could have gotten all their names. Another young lady offered us a drink as a consolation for our wait. I also observed that the location (both the kitchen and the dining area) was impeccably clean, especially in comparison to other establishments. Mind you, I *work* in the food service industry. I can also tell that everyone communicates really well and respects one another. It was so refreshing to receive such wonderful treatment at a restaurant.

Waited 20 minutes with only 3 people in front of me and then was told it would be 30 minutes for teriyaki chicken if I wanted it. Service at this panda is the worst I've ever had at any panda express. Go to a different location instead of here. You'll thank
