Been going here since it opened in 2013.Needs a remodel.its old and smells.Protein portions have shrunk considerably.Dining room is dirty more often than not.The kids that work there could care less.The need chik fil a mgmt school.its tired and worn out.needs new blood. Over ran with kids doing homework and not ordering.They should call it ghettos

I went to Panera today to buy some cookies and some drinks. I was going to pay with a $100 bill so the manager was called to check the bill. Even after he check it and approved that it was real the cashier did not want to receive the bill and told me I could not buy anything. I believe this is an act of racism for the color of my skin because she had no right to deny the bill. I went to another Panera near by and the bill was also checked but it was received by the cashier and I was able to buy what I needed with no help.

Seats are taken up by the tutoring group. Do they ever actually buy any food? They take up the entire front of the restaurant...they should rent office space .. it's been happening for years...I stopped going to panera because of their limited seating

I was served a bagel with cream cheese that was wildly misscut. See picture. First up, this shouldn’t have been served. When I asked for a replacement one was provided but the person at the pass was not at all apologetic and seemed annoyed more than anything. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask to cut a bagel properly and not serve one that looks like it was cut by Edward Scissorhands.

The food quantity and quality of the three food deliveries I received from Uber Eats are unacceptable. I gave my rating online, but I never received any satisfactory feedback. Each sandwich had barely anything in them. My most recent greek salad was not much more than 90% lettuce with a small quantity of cheese and a few other ingredients. The "free" baguettes were a lot smaller than usual. I know that Uber Eats overcharges, and I expect that at least my food is well prepared and tasteful.
I think it’s really stupid, cheap and unfair that Panera offers just one piece of bread when ordering a pick 2 in which 2 soups are ordered. I placed an order for 2 broccoli cheddar soups for my children and was offered one bread, in which my kids were looking forward to their own bread with their soups. I had to pay $1 more for another bread which is literally a PIECE of bread. Policy and courtesy should be bread served with every soup. That just left a bitter taste in my mouth because I have been a long term customer at Panera and with everything going up in the economy, you would think a big business like this would offer certain things with certain dishes. 2 soups, 2 breads. Change the policy because that’s not generous especially when we give you our business.

I recently had another disappointing experience at panera bread's drive-thru. Unfortunately, they consistently got my order wrong, leading to frustration at home. This recurring issue makes it hard to trust their service, and it's not the first time I've encountered this problem.

I’ve been to this Panera quite a few times and every single time I go I get one thing. A you pick two. And every single time they either don’t have what I want (no matter what time of day) and they take 20 minutes to get my order out. And almost every time when I FINALLY get my order, they got it wrong or forgot something.
