That Girl DIVINE? don't need to be working there period. Rude as hell, my wife goes and talk to the other employee cause she is just trying to avoid confrontation and she goes over where my wife was at where she is just trying to tell them they where out of one of the soda and she wants to get closer like she is about to do something to you...girl get out this ain't the hood. Let the manager know and she just said ok. Like really ? The other gentleman in the front was polite and excuse her behavior something that the manager should have done ?.

I ordered a bacon, avocado sandwich, my friend ordered a salad and a sandwich. When we sat down to eat, there was a roach running on my friend’s sandwich. I looked down and there was a medium size roach in the food ALIVE. I didn’t get to take a picture because we ran to the workers to show them the roach running on our food. I told the manager about the situation she gave me a refund but I will NOT be eating at this Panera ever again! The manager should’ve closed down the shop and cleaned for the rest of the day. She kept it open and everyone kept working. Gross

It was just ok. Disappointed in the food for the first time. Prices are astronomical! $3.19 for a drink of lemonade that tasted like it was made from a powder mix. I ordered 2 "You Pick Two" and with drinks paid $26.18 us tax and a small gratuity I spent almost $30.00 for 2 people. Disappointed ?

I rested my eyes during my lunch break and the kids working there came to my table and insisted i not look like i'm sleeping. I've paid good money to panera. Their gestapo treatment leaves me with the notion to never return and never spend money there again.

Really Panera? $17.67 for this? Never again. Look at this sad excuse ? one tiny piece of steak that doesn’t even cover the entire sandwich. Highway robbery. $18 for bread and a side of Mac and cheese……..

I'm always pleased but fearfully depressed at the prices..... I ain't rich enough to buy both food and desert, so I stick with treats. Then my doctor get all mad at me and say.... Kimmy, we talked about those sweets....smdh. I say you buy me the 13$ sub and chips and I will stop eating sweets....lol sad but true

They only put about half the meat on their sandwiches that most Panera Bread locations do. It's mostly Bread and hardly anything else. The chicken sandwiches from any other fast food restaurant has more chicken on them than this place does. I would advise going somewhere else to eat.

I placed a pickup order. The shift manager in charge was accommodating. My order came out in a timely manner but the chicken noodle soup didn’t have a lot of noodle/pasta in it. For a $7 soup, I don’t think it’s worth it.

Came in on my Lunch break at 4:30 pm. The cashier asked me if I wanted it Togo, and I said no for here. And they told me that they couldn’t do for here orders because they were getting ready to closed. And I asked them what time they close and they said 7(online it says 6). So I’m confused why I can’t order in the 2 and half (or 1 and 1/2) hours before they close for in house. It’s seems like a waste of extra Togo products, which is bad for the environment and paneras bottom line. Weird vibes. Don’t like it.
