I came in this morning in a panic, because I had forgotten to place my catering order for a meeting. I was greeted by a girl who can only be described as a ray of sunshine. She was so sweet and cheerful and told me it was no problem and quickly put together everything for my order. She was amazing and friendly and super professional even at 6:30 in the morning. I have an order yesturday, for pickup, when I was picking up my order, The guy at the front desk only gave me a bag of food and didn't give me my drinks. I waited for a while and he was still standing there. Finally, I reminded him and he gave me a drink, but he still had another drink that he didn't give me. , I had to proactively remind him before he gave it to me. The service was rubbish and the food was not delicious and expensive. It was extremely stiff, I had diarrhea the next day after eating it.

My family and I enjoy our visit to this Panera. Restaurant was clean. Food was also delicious and fresh. We were a group of 15 and everyone enjoyed their food. Shakira also went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct - which we appreciate it. Definitely will be going back!

My rating is because the worst employee there, is Mrs. Linda, she had a terrible attitude and the way she answers the questions is as if she didn't want to work there, if she doesn't feel good in the place, she should look for another job, unpleasant person
I didn’t eat there, I was calling about a situation that had happened. I ended up speaking with Kim the director manager is what she said she was. Ms. Kim had an attitude and was very smart mouthed, I understand the pressure of fast food. Although when there is not reason for an attitude and disrespect when all I was asking was a question. For somebody with such a high profile she was not professional and was so nice nasty I couldn’t finish my call. Also at the end of the conversation she laughed, I hope this has never happened and will not happen anymore to anybody.
