Worst customer service. I could hear a lady in the background screaming we don’t deliver to that address. I live 1.5 miles away that’s crazy . They didn’t have the number to the next papa John I could call and hung up. Great job guys great job.

Leona “manager” was very rude! I called because I pre placed an order for delivery at 10:30 am for delivery at noon. It is 12:25 and she offers to cancel my order and void the charge when I asked may she contact the driver to see where they are she states no she doesn’t know their number nor car that is being driven and hangs up on me. Worst customer service! Never ordering here again!

I ordered online for their garlic stuffed pizza advertised at 13.99 however I ended up paying 29.99 for the pizza because I added toppings! Just a heads up....pizza was good though.

In town visiting some friends. We had a hellacious day and needed some comfort food. We used the app to order the pizza and ran some errands before picking up the food. The food was made super quick and when we arrived we were greeted by Russell who was absolutely awesome. He was so friendly, helpful and efficient. The food tasted amazing and fresh. Truthfully, it hit the spot and what made this even better was Russell. Keep it going Papa John’s.

Very disappointed and frustrated. I didn’t order a cockroach pizza!!
Worst Papa John’s location I’ve ordered from. If you order delivery they will not include any of the sauces you request, including the basic garlic sauce. If you do receive a sauce it will be the wrong sauce. The Papadias served here are incredibly thin and lack any filling. I received Papadias with a minimal amount of cheese and barely any meat. Compared to other stores in the area, I received much less here and the associates paid zero attention to what I actually ordered. I will not order from this location again.

Ordered carryout, missed half my sauces requested and gave me regular cheese sticks instead of the 6 cheese. Called to see what they could do in regards to it and they hung up on me. Real professional, no worries i’ll hit up your corporate office and see what’s up.

Food was delivered directly to my hotel room. Everything was excellent. Food was as ordered with all toppings in good portions. Anyone staying at a local hotel, as long as you put the hotels proper information, and make sure to note your room number, there will be no issues.
