Been to Springs many times, so fully aware of what to expect. Service incredibly slow. Meals came out before drinks! Food average at best. My steak salad was a joke. And then the bill. Wow. One of the worst Disney springs experience. Trust the negative reviews and go somewhere else. Hope someone in management sees the feedback and does something

Left very disappointed! Our party comes to this restaurant almost every year and some in our family eat here a lot as they have Disney Passes. As always, We had a large party of about 18 people. (Big Family) We were celebrating a birthday party. Ordered food at about 7:00 we didnt get our food til after 7:50. No problem. Again, large party. 4 of us had to send our food back because our burgers were improperly cooked. 3 of us got our burgers back and 1 was cooked to order, the 2nd one was over cooked to the consistency of a hockey puck when she ordered medium rare. The 3rd was borderline raw when it was supposed to be “well done”. The 4th burger was interesting because it was 10 minutes to 9 and it still hadn’t made it back to the table!! I finally got fed up and cancelled my “Canadian Bison Burger”.(None of the 2 servers or a Manager for that matter…came over to ask why the order was cancelled or if I wanted to order something else, zero concern from any of them) The icing on the cake was when the bill FINALLY made it to the table after 40 MINUTES of literally untangling everyone’s order……for 1 “Colombian Burger” with small fries 3 cups of water and Chicken tenders with small fries that my 7yr old son ordered…it came to $55.00!!! I know Disney Springs can be expensive but, I would want to know if someone else had this kind of experience so I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere!! I apologize to our 2nd server, Sally, because she tried very hard to help us with everything while our primary server was bouncing around from one table to another. Again…Very Disappointed and highly dissatisfied!!

This is the best restaurant in Orlando by far, service is excellent, Food is out of this world and high praise for the manager Claudio. He took care of us like we were family and not to mention he looks like a spitting image of Sean Connery.! He made us laugh all night and made sure we had a great picture with as this restaurant has a beautiful view of the water with the hot air balloon in the background. highly recommend for anyone coming on vacation to visit this spot.

Me and my friends had a great night here! Our server Jhemm was such a sweetheart! She was very friendly, very attentive, made great conversation, and overall just made our night very enjoyable! I had a Passion Party and the Big Smoke Poutine as my meal, and both were absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back here again as the food, drinks, and service here were top notch.
