This was absolutely the worst drive thru experience ever! They get your order wrong and then get whiny about it especially the black man who’s a manager or team lead whoever he is. He is very rude along with the young lady that kind of looks like Bruno Mars. She gave me the worse attitude when I told her that they had my order wrong then the black guy came and acted like he didn’t want to fix the order.. I repeated my order several times to hear him say “Do you want crispy or not?” I’m definitely calling cooperate! Worst experience!

The way the staff disrespects me here is definitely not going to fly. Each time I come here, I expect it to be a better experience. I try to give the these guys the benefit of the doubt, but it’s definitely something going on here. Every time I order they get my order wrong. When I try to get them to correct it, they get an attitude specifically Crystal, Michelle or Richelle, the black male feminine manager, and this other female impersonator at the register window. It’s really the entire staff. They always act like they don’t want to help or correct their mistakes. Last time going there. Stay away from this place. The other stores are way better!!

New takeout packaging makes all of the food soggy ?. Chicken and fries suffered because of this and why did they add toast??? If I wanted a piece of gross bread I would go to Zaxby's. Will not be going back until they fix their takeout. This was a five star fast food joint that I would recommend my friends who were from out of state to try. No longer.

This PDQ is clean and the food always hot. Very consistant and the salads arent bad at all. The buffy blue sanwich is always hot and spicy, fries crispy, and they always greet you with a smile. Cant go wrong with their fast service and polite staff. I go here when I dont want to cook or when the kids need their fast food fix.

I’m a alittle confuse about the drink policy for the student deal yesterday I went to pdq for the 3 tender deal and was able to get the house lemonade yesterday but today (yes I went again the deal too good) I went and the lady the attending me told me the the house lemonade isn’t part of the deal after I ask for it and paid. She also gave me a look after I ask for it grill instead of fried tender since I guess the cook was already making it fried ( should have ask before hand)

I can't say enough nice things about PDQ. They treat first responders very well and very consistently. When we have had a long day of training and haven't had time to make dinner, they have always taken care of us. Great chicken, great dipping sauces and great service to those who serve!

The food is decently priced. The chicken is real and not the processed junk. We all had the 5 piece spicy tenders and we were stuffed. The waffle fries could have used a little more salt but that is just my preference. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean and the service was fast and courteous. There is an app that you can download to earn points too. This is on my list of favorites. They also have a drive through.
