I'm just going to lay it all out, I had to wipe down my table and family's chairs with about 15 napkins, no one has clearly cleaned the women's bathroom in awhile for there was no toilet paper anywhere and it smelled worse than other public restrooms. The service I had was whack. I was trying to order their 4-5 meal deal when the cashier was like, "no you can only order chicken and beef" so I responded ok, "let's do the orange chicken" and he said, "no not that" and I was like, " okkk let's do the mongolian beef" and he said, "not that one either". He couldn't put two and two together realizing I needed extra help here and he just stared at me to hurry up. I felt really bad that my family was looking forward to Pei Wei, I was even hoping it wouldn't be as bad as I assumed, and we all walked out disappointed.

The chicken tasted nasty. The noodles that are an extra charge are giving cup o noodles without any sauce or veggies and they were rubbery. Never coming back.

No one in the place, food came up pretty quickly, I ordered the bourbon chicken with white rice and it should be called white rice with a sample of bourbon chicken. For $12.00, it is not worth it. Doesn't even have a bourbon flavor. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER visiting this establishment and I will NEVER eat at Pei Wei ever again.
If you are in orlando, you must visit this spot. Best Pei Wei!

What happened to this place. Went down hill. Outside is dirty as hell. Every single table and chair. Upon request to clean the table they refused to do it. Their excuse is that “no one eats out there so we don’t clean it.” Food is a hit and miss. Sometimes great sometimes bland.
