I have had the pleasure of Chef Mercedes cooking for me for several events. Her food never disappoints and is always a crowd pleaser. Always a generous portion that will have you loving eating leftovers. I have have booked her for catering, in house chef, and on Uber eats. I'm honestly obsessed with her brioche French toast that she keeps the recipe a secret. She is always on time with a great attitude and a beautiful smile. If you have a event or even a date night you should book. She has a plethora of options she can whip up and he pricing is never crazy. Honestly getting hungry just writing this review. I promise you have to have the French toast.

Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were amazing! I ordered a meal for drop off to our AirBnB back in June. The whole process was so easy and they were very responsive to emails. I found the service very affordable and a good value for what I spent. Food was great and would definitely order again. Everything was delivered early and we went ahead and ate since everything was delivered hot. I would definitely use again when I’m in the Orlando area.

I used her services twice. Once for my husband birthday dinner as she came to our time share and prepared a special dinner as a personal chef and the again recently for a family brunch in Florida. Great service and I will use her services again.

My family and I were visiting the Orlando area for Christmas. Phattychow cooked and delivered a incredible Christmas dinner (Cocktail, appetizers, two proteins, two sides and dessert) for me and my family. I highly recommend Phattychow, this will now be a Christmas tradition for our family

Last year I needed an event catered and I found Chef Mercedes on Facebook. The pictures of her food Are what drew my attention and this wonderful garlic and cilantro sauce that she makes and bottles. She catered my party with the best ribs and sides and the portions were just right for the crowd. I got so many complements on the food. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious and it was so nice to not have to worry about food as everything was laid out so my guests could serve themselves.Fast forward to March 2020 and COVID 19 put a damper on taking my husband out for his birthday. I called and she said she could drop off a custom birthday dinner. Just like before she was on time, and left us with a special dinner for the two of us which included her special punch and cheesecake. Now here we are still being very cautious but we are having a couple over later this month (our best friends) and I was going to cook dinner but then I saw PhattyChow "cooking class" and I decided why not have her awesome food and make it a fun interactive night where we learn something. Looking so forward to the evening because we know she is wonderful!I pretty much won't hire anyone else for any food related events we need.

Phattychow catering did a wonderful job on the ribs for my party last night. I can’t post pictures because the crowd went wild and ate all 15 pounds! The homemade sauces were wonderful too and so can’t wait to book again for my next event!
