I think the price-value ratio is excellent. Lots of variety, the service I would say is very good. The atmosphere, I would say only good. I recommend it. So much so that I usually go twice a month.

If your lucky and you have food left-over, take it home and have the rest for lunch.I had the Tom Tom soup, and my wife and sister had a rice and noodle dish, and we shared dumplings. The food tastes delicious, the basil is the final touch, and the Pho soup has a generous volume. The atmosphere could be better. Maybe add have some ambient music, and better tended plants on the roadside. Add some bamboo plants in the indoor corners. Add some decorative decal stickers on the giant mirrors, or some live vine plants along the edges of the mirrors so that you can rest your sight on it.

During the day it's a bit empty but at dinner time it tends to be packed. The staff is nice but a little slow. The ambiance itself is nice and quit not too much noise for it being right on mills. The pho was good quality, not the best but good for the price.
