Horrible. The sauce was just red i don’t even know if it was tomato. It didn’t taste like anything. They should’ve just seasoned the box and served that but then again that would’ve actually had flavor

Ordered a pizza with no tomato sauce (allergies) at 10:04, they said it would arrive within 45 minutes. It actually arrived at midnight (after 4 calls) with sauce on the pizza. One call at 11.30 we were told the pizza would be there in 2 minutes and then it took another 30 minutes to arrive. Never ordering delivery at Pizza Hut again.

I love the cheese steak melt I actually eat it too much. Everyone there has always nice and are very courteous. Never any problems also get a lot of deliveries as well...lol
I have tried to like the Avalon Park Pizza Hut since it opened. I have finally given up. I have never really had a good pizza from this location. Today, I ordered a medium pizza and a pasta dish to be picked up at 5:30. I arrived early and the food was ready. When I opened the boxes it was clear the food had been sitting in their warming oven for a very long time. Probably since I had ordered it at 2:20. Pizza was tepid at best, and looked like dried-out day-old pizza. Pasta was dried and crunchy. If this had been a one-off I would not comment but it is, sadly, the norm. I had not ordered from this vendor in a long time and was hoping for improvement. I was disappointed.

This is the second time in a row I ordered from this location and the instructions was not followed. I asked for extra sauce and was given minimal sauce. I asked for extra cheese and paid for it and was given minimum cheese. The pizza was poorly cut to the point I had to get a pizza cutter and cut them myself. And you can tell they made a mistake with cutting them because they cut them in small slices on half of the pizza. And the pizza was cold. Maybe they have new staff but the food has been very poor lately.
