I just went in to order smoothies for my family, I came in door alarm rang no one came out. I waited about 5 minutes re opened the door to have the alarm go off again thinking maybe they didn't hear it. Waited another 10 minutes and still no one came out. Very disappointed, waste of a drive.

Been here a couple of times but the fact that I stood inside this location for a solid 10 minutes before an employee appeared…the place was entirely empty. I literally called for someone three times with no answer- guy ended up coming in from the back door. I don’t think it’s a great idea to leave a register entirely unattended with a half full tip jar- just saying.

Charlie has great customer service and people skills. He was very helpful. The smoothies were great and the place is very clean. Charlie deserves a raise because nowadays it’s hard to find people who care about doing their job well.

I love their smoothies,especially the meal replacement smoothies. The fruit, and vegetables were fresh, and the yogurt, and protein powder helped to make the drink rich, thick, and filling.I had the strawberry, banana replacement smoothie. It was thick, the way I like it. It was so good, I can't wait to go back.

Very poor customer service by the older lady who seems to be Midwestern I believe ( just point out the right person).Sees me walk in but chose to continue texting. Store was empty by the way. A little "hello good morning welcome to planet smoothie, give me a minute I'll be right with you" , goes a long way.She went to put my smoothie in the a styrofoam cup, I asked if she can please put in plastic due the set of my cup holders, the styrofoam is more likely to break and I don't need that in my car. Tells me no and proceeds to fill cup.I'm explaining to her if I can't get plastic, then I don't want it.Me and a friend a medium but due to her not wanting to put in different cups she rather lose the sale of $19 over cups that cost pennies.Make it make sense
