Too touristy for us that live here. Appreciate the money they leave the local economy, but that's not where the real Orlando goes to eat.

First time coming to Florida! However, Maggiano's was amazing! The food was amazing! Highly recommend the manicotti! The atmosphere was very nice as well, and the service was SO GOOD! They're very attentive, and recognize when you need water or bread, etc! But, they're not at all overbearing! Highly recommend!
I love this relaxed placeand the cinemasKid-friendliness: It is a public square and you can walk and enjoy going to the movies, eating at a good restaurant with your family and there are places for the whole family to enjoy.

Great place for happy hour many of the restaurants have specials from 3-6. Not busy on weekdays. Really fun place for a night out, brunch and visitors in the Orlando area. Many of the restaurants have vegan options available.
The places that are here are still awesome. Sadly seems like a lot of places have closed recently.

Before booking here read this, here’s things I wish we had known or seen when reading reviews. When we arrived, the WiFi was down. Which means they couldn’t put us into a room. We waited in the breakfast area for over an hour with 3 kids and a lot of luggage. When finally placed in our room, there was zero compensation or offer to make things better or right.Room maintenance is NOT free. They will not bring you towels, toilet paper, change the trash, linens, clean, nothing unless you pay an extra fee to do so.The biggest inconvenience and head scratching moment for me, however, was waking up at 5:30 AM so I could get an hour to myself and work out before my family woke And finding out that they do not leave the gym open for guest to use as they please, it does not open until 7 AM. If you are going to close a gym, my suggestion would be to at least open it at 5 AM so that people could get in a workout before going to theme parks for the day or if people have to work, be able to get in a work out first.None of the outdoor doors work correctly, so unless someone has left it open for others to come in. You have to go through the lobby. Also, from a safety standpoint, I feel like it’s extremely unsafe to constantly have those doors open, yet are almost always propped open because the card entry is malfunctioning. There is not enough parking for every guest, so you better try to park early. There is not a free continental breakfast.Another situation that was pretty irritating was I was on my way to the elevators, and behind a group of about 10 people doing training. They saw me standing there however no one offered to let the paying guest on the elevator. Instead, they loaded the elevator very modestly, and then proceeded to laugh when whoever was operating, the elevator kept pushing the wrong floor, they did not all fit in the first elevator so the second elevator came and they loaded it up without offering to put the paying guest in it. Then, on the third elevator, when there was only two people left, they held the elevator for me. You would think in training to be in the hospitality industry that singing a guest, standing, waiting for an elevator, would be the perfect opportunity to show hospitality and common courtesy.Overall this is a very mediocre hotel with a pretty exterior.
