Come on guys i never ever leave bad reviews anywhere but theres SO MUCH TO SAY!! At the window it went black out of nowhere we didn't know what to order but bruhh they literally.. ugh that was the worst meal ive ever had.. Portions were tiny, food was stale they forgot the fries and gave me an attitude about it! Seems like everyone needs major training we are never getting popeyes again and they also didn't give me any sauce they almost gave me Dr Pepper when i asked for lemonade you guys need training.. Adding on this: My boyfriend is now sick from the chicken sandwich he just had! Insane amount of grease on the buns too guys.

I do not recommend this food store. They take a long time because they don't hire enough staff to serve them. They usually take between 25 to 30 minutes. It is a lack of respect. Lousy.

Super disappointed by the service, I am usually very patient and understanding however this store really got me upset. Waited 10 mins to even order my food (there was no line at the moment) after I order and pay I was told to park and they will bring my food. I PATIENTLY waited in my car for 30 minutes ! My lunch break was almost over and there was no signs that my food was going to be brought out, meanwhile all other cars were getting their food. I go inside to inquire about my food, I get no response for about another 10 mins. I ask how long which I get told 5 mins…. I wait 5 mins and nothing is done ! I ask for a refund at this point because I need to get back to work…… the refund process took another 10 mins because the manager did not seem to know how to process and he had to call someone else. I spent an hour there for nothing because I didn’t even get complimentary fries ! As a manager , you should have some empathy for these situations and try to make your customer happy regardless of the situation . I also observed the manager yell at the employees to hurry up and saying “what are you doing” having a negative work environment will just make things worse and not make your staff work better.

I ordered on the app at 1:13 on March 12th. I specified that I would pickup in the drive thru. I was told to wait after sitting in line for 10 minutes. I parked and waited until 1:45. I went into the store and asked if my food was ready. It was sitting on the counter getting cold. No apologies or anytime said. Very disappointed! Won't be back to this store and I work just down the road.

By far THE BEST drive thru team I have ever had at any fast food restaurant!!! Lorondra took the order and repeated everything to make sure it was correct. Super nice and friendly ? Ashley was at the window to take payment and give the order and drink. I came to Popeyes after being told at KFC across the street that I couldn't place an order. I was mad and hungry. But left smiling and happy to have received such excellent customer service! Thank you ladies you saved my night from being a disaster and sent me home full and happy!!! ??❤️

I just love the 12pc honey BBQ wings that's been my go to thing to get from there. Wish there was a plain option because the ghost pepper is a bit to spicy to share with my young ones.

I generally go through the drive-thru it takes a little while and that speed could be improved but the person on the microphone and at the window is always very kind and friendly and helpful. Almost every Popeyes has a very kind friendly staff they really do a good job of training and the chicken's delicious tooParking: It's just a very tight Corner limited parking and then the drive-thru blocks in some of the parking spots
