I went to poeyes today on south obt and oak Ridge road after 3 months of driving by that location to go to Washington and obt because the oak Ridge location is the worse rude employees cold food and just nasty attitudes all together. But I am a man of second chances and stopped oak Ridge today and was treated wonderfully by Piksr she is the only good thing out of this horrified ordeal.eberything was just wonderful until I got home and realized I was missing my biscuits so I called back and I was told I couldn't talk to the manager because something was wrong with his voice or some bull shit lie so when I had to back and forth with some female employee who continued to redirect me to talk to someone else other than who I asked for. I had to threatened to call corporate before he finally got on the phone and once he got on the phone I still didn't receive no justice because all he continued to say was I thought you checked your bag and I did but I don't eat bread my wife does and didn't think to check for the biscuits.THIS IS THE WORST POPEYES IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES PLEASE DRIVE BY THIS LOCATION LIKE I WILL START BACK DOING AND NEVER TO RETURN TO BE HONEST THEY NEED TO CLOSE IT I HATE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! I NEVER HAD A HOOD EXPERIENCE HERE

I went to the Florida mall. I had purchased a medium coke. I had Alexis if refills were free. She told me yes. I was enjoying my lunch that we bought from another restaurant. I came back to get my refill, and the gentleman behind the register told me I had to pay $1.12 for the refill. I had tried to explain to him that I was told the refill was free. He told me that it was not. It's not the fact that he wanted to charge me for it. They really need to get their facts correct, and not make customers upset. Truth is I would never eat this Popeyes..

Yesterday as of 02/24/2024 I placed a order on Uber eats my food was stolen by the Uber eats driver I got that situated then today as of 02/25/2024 my food service was denied on Uber eats because of a Popeyes employee denied for his pick up after my order was order at 9:59pm 2hrs before close time . I am disappointed in this act of selfishness. The priority here should be your customer
