The employee at the register was rude. He did not greet I did not know if he was ready to take my order. He act as if he had an attitude problem. Just to make my order correct.I had him if he's getting dark meat he ignore me then I had ask again he said yes I'm getting dark meat with an attitude in his voice while standing next a manager.The food is great just not the customer services.

Today at 12:35 pm 4/3/2024 the worker in drive thru rushed when i asked for strawberry jelly i also got disgusted when i found dirt on my paper from the mashed potato cup i hold a food handlers and this should not had been on my food box not properly closed if was written on and my spoon in the box with my food

So I stopped by Lee rd location ordered a fish sandwich with a 2 piece was told I had to wait no problem I prefer my food fresh after 15 mins I went inside my sandwich was sitting next to the register not in a bag the manager was at the door on her phone I heard her say ill wash my hands she did then she proceeded to hand my sandwich with water dripping from her hands and on the outside of my wrapper I didn't leave with the sandwich I waited for because she began to berate me about the way I looked she was a manager and I am doing a complaint we don't need people acting like thugs serving customers Popeyes Do better this could have been very dangerous!!!

I will start off by saying Popeye’s is my FAVE chicken spot-hands down. But not every location is equal. THIS location is AMAZING. The people who work here, are SUCH a VIBE. I was just there chit-chatting and didn’t even realize they had handed over my whole order to my kids!! FAST service, too! But honestly, the fact that the employees are so JOYFUL, is reason enough to keep coming back to THIS location- out of the 264637236 we have in the Orlando area. Takedra and Brandyn (hope I spelled that correctly) are such a pleasure. I can imagine the fun they have working together (when customers aren’t driving them insane lol). Thank you for your impeccable customer service!!!! ?
