After seeing this on social media & reading the reviews I was SO excited to go here.Firstly, I want to say that the service was great. The dude behind the counter was incredibly outgoing & kind. The low review comes from the fact that out of the 50 taps , 27 of them were either out of service or coming soon. I feel like a Saturday night should be the night the taps are fully in stock. Several of the beers that were in stock ( 1 of the 1 spurs ) were flat.I was incredibly let down. Hopefully this is a one time thing & I can return to change my review because the concept was awesome.

Cool idea, basically they have a ton of self serve taps and you pay by the Oz so you can try a bunch of different beers without going broke. They also have games to play while hanging out. My friends and I visit about 3 times a month.

A great local taphouse with a huge selection, great prices per ounce, and amazing service. The service is really great I've always had plenty of clean glasses to pour my own beer and cider. The NFC band model is super easy to use and they have plenty of stuff along side the drinks board games, sports games, and an outdoor drinking area in the back! The people remember return customers and are super sociable I've enjoyed all my conversations with the employees here and they always make me feel super welcome which helps this place feel like part of the community rather than just a bar or taphouse. Also they do deals for UCF watch parties so if you and some knights can't make it to a game there's always this place. The parking on the street can be a little short but there's a big lot in the back and this area is pretty central to alot of cool things like the record store next door and alot of great local restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful. Whether a drinker or not, it’s a great spot for a good time. The concept of the wristband to self-serve and try various taps is super convenient. The music, atmosphere, & games contribute to a great place to hang out with friends. No food served at the Taphouse, however, plenty of options close by.

This is only a taphouse. You can bring in your own food. There are tons of taps and you can drink as little or as much as you want. Pay by the ounce. I wish every bar was like this. Brandon was very nice and informative about how the service works. I will be going here again. We went during happy hour which was 30% off. If it was full price I'm not sure we would have spent as much time.

Very cool concept where all the different beers are on tap at one wall, and you get to pour whatever you want. The price was so reasonable too! It's pay by ounce and you get charged for whatever ounce you pour out. My husband and I got to sample 8 different beers and we only paid $7! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The guy came by and checked in on us, told us his recommendations and the unique beers they have. It's not the same beer selection every time you come in, they have unique beers that once sold out will be replaced by a different one, so what you get to taste will depend on when you come. We tipped $7 because the service was just as good as the beer.

This review is for Mills 50 Comedy Show at the Pour Choice hosted by Helmut Productions. The show is a ticketed event every second Thursday of the month. Tickets are sold through Eventbrite that are a few dollars cheaper than at the door. I laughed out loud a lot and we all had so much fun.The Pour Choice concept is that customers are given a wrist band that will turn on one of 30+ taps and you can pour a sample or a full glass of beer, cider or wine. The selection here is a good mix and they have some approachable brews besides just craft selections. Similar spirits are grouped together for easy navigation. I really am a fan of beer samplers and I loved that they had shot size glasses as well as chalices, half pints and pint glassware. You can build your own sampler then go back for your favorites. Prices are posted next to each tap as they vary. The comedians in this full 2 hour show were professionals. It would take a Costco sized package of soap to wash their mouthes out, so if you are sensitive, I would steer clear. Not so much cussing but no topics seemed taboo. One thing I appreciated is there was only one slightly mild political joke. I really laughed hard and once the show started there was only a couple minute breaks between acts. Some of the comics used observational jokes and audience participation created spur of the moment laughs. Not just the front row. Most seats were taken and there was some folks standing up so get there at 7:30 or earlier.Good to know:-Helmut the host cautioned people to not talk during the time comedians were performing-Silence your phone because if it goes off you might get heckled-Self service drinks were available the whole show and afterwards-You cash out your tab before leaving, but drink tabs varied widely. My friend had a $4 glass of wine and my sampling and then beer added up to $12-Food is not served

Excellent little haunt with the perfect self-service setup! They support small facilities, breweries, and cideries that are rare and hard to find, so there's never a day that you can't find something new!

Pour choice is a cool concept I will say! They have about 40 different beer selections I think. Some wine, sake, cider and seltzer. When we went on Saturday I wasn't too impressed, there was about 20 taps that were out of order or had nothing in them at all. Only 1 hard seltzer to choose from and I think 1 cider. Unfortunately, If you don't absolutely love beer you really had no other options. You get a wristband you can hold up to the tap and pour your own amount of what you want. Pretty neat. You only pay for what you pour and you pay at the end. Your IDs are scanned so loyalty points are tied to your ID and you get get rewards after so many ounces poured. Good parking lot in the back of the building and good location. I do like the concept and the staff is very friendly, but their options lately have been limited and a lot of the taps were down. Would love to see more selection of cider and seltzer and more working taps! Overall a pretty cool place if you just wanna hangout for some casual beers.
