If you are looking for an ALL in 1 combo, this is the place to go to and either enjoy a nutritional snack/meal, or just sit down and enjoy your time. Very family oriented, positive atmosphere.They also have exercise classes on a daily basis, so if you are in the Colonial area, do yourself a favor and check them out.
