The girl who took our order looked for the food for us and reluctantly gave it to us. I understand that they are desperate to close but they are not treating the customer.

Absolutely one of the coolest ? vegan spots. They have one of the most elegant acai bowls, customize to your likings. The best loaded fries I've ever eaten. The custome made selva burger is my favorite ?. This is a MUST VISIT. You will not be disappointed.

I loved this place. I went there a couple time for acai.They capture the vibe of puerto rico in the way the ambiance is in there. The acai was fantastic, and the latte they made me was also very, very good. I think it's better than the coffee store next store. I highly recommend this place. ?

Wow! Puerto Rican/American fusion is something to write home about! These are some truly unique and extremely flavorful burgers. Make sure to try the breakfast burger (with guava!) and add vegan bacon! I can’t wait to come back and try all of the rest of the dishes! Everything is vegan except honey (but they have vegan honey and/or agave), Nutella and whole milk(?). Don’t sleep on this place!
Poor customer service. The food is good, I love the acai bowls with a passion. But, I’ve found it super difficult to cancel online orders, or get ahold of anybody regarding them. In store I’m told they don’t have a phone and the only way to get ahold of anybody is through email??? How does that help you right then and there if you accidentally place an order at the wrong location? They say they’ll refund it by the end of the day and if it isn’t to come back Monday (as they’re closed Sunday) and they’ll refund it then. It was an issue to have it made quickly due to them being busy at the time we came in. Understandable! But when we came back due to no refund, just to have the bowl made, it was a hassle with them to get ahold of someone to confirm they didn’t refund it earlier like they said it would be. Just need some communication tweaking for the locations.

First time coming to Purple Ocean Superfood bar. The establishment was very cute and cool vibes. I ordered an acai with strawberry, pineapple, granola and honey and it was delicious. Service was great and my order was ready quick. Would definitely come back next time I'm in the mood for some acai.

This is place is terrible I’ve been coming here I had a point system and they just cancel my points I have been coming here for almost a month straight and they say I get points and I can’t even use them. What type of stuff is that? This is outrageous never coming here again. Missing over 2000
