We love Raising Cane's and were very excited to try this location. There are many parking spaces and a huge double lane drive thru. We chose to go in. Loud music was blasting, making everyone speak louder too. It felt like walking into a nightclub. The decor was beautiful and the lady who took our order was very kind. She greeted everyone very warmly and confirmed our order back to us clearly. We ordered three piece box combo, extra crispy fries and extra crispy chicken, the garlic bread buttered on both sides (BOB), an extra honey mustard sauce in addition to the Canes sauce it comes with, and a sweet tea. Note there is a charge for the extra sauce. Don't forget to grab a Caniac card for future goodies. We only waited about 5 minutes, which made us suspicious. Typically extra crispy means you have to wait longer. We took our order home and were immediately disappointed. Nothing was extra crispy, and the way gave us two honey mustard and no Canes sauce. The fries were soggy and definitely less crispy than regular fries. The only thing that was right was the garlic toast buttered on both sides. Make sure to check your order completely before leaving.

My sister inlaw told us about this place. I had to laugh because it's chicken tenders. Well turns out if you perfect one product you don't need to sell anything else. Definitely a go to of you want some teddies. We accidently ordered too much but the left overs are still smacking. Don't be afraid to buy too much.

So a few weeks ago, there was a big hype and excitement about these restaurant since it new to Orlando. There was three hour wait then, but finally we were able to go and judge by ourselves. The main competitor of these restaurant to understand the concept it will be Huey Magoos. I will say that Raising Cane's is just as good. Good quality chicken crispy fries, nice toast and savory meals. One of the things I like the best of these restaurant was the cool atmosphere with the disco balls, and the music playing. The staff working. There was also very nice and helpful. They have an inside sitting area and an outside porch to enjoy the meal. The price is good, plenty, and savory!

Was just at this Canes location tonight. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for 3 combos. Drove home and realized they forgot all 6 extra Canes sauces…. Only giving 2 stars because staff was friendly. Please get orders right.
