I went with my family to Red Lobster located nearby the Florida Mall. Although the size of the restaurant is quite big they are using less than 1/3 of their capacity. It seems they don’t have enough workers to do the whole job. So usually you will wait 20-30 minutes to get a table done for you. The staff is very helpful and friendly though.they have good options for kids and the lobster feast is amazing. The price of the food is very reasonable. I would recommend it for sure.
Waiting for our food to come out and it never happened. Spoke with our server and she kept telling us it was on the way over a hour. The on-call manager stated they had a huge party and they had several come in late and our order had to wait. They only had about 10 vehicles in the parking lot prior to our arrival. Is this an issue involving low staffing or a training issue? Red flag that the bar tender was our server. We did pay for our bread and salad and left a tip.

The host/greeter ever. I believe his name is John? Definitely started with J. He definitely made the experience amazing for my son and I. My son got to see the lobster up close lol. The unsung people that make memories memorable have to be acknowledged!! My server who is also the bartender was amazing as well. Very attentive! Thank you both for making our Sunday a great day

The General Manager Shannon was freaking amazing. Not only did Shannon remake my steamed broccoli without butter due to health issues, he was also very pleasant and nice about having to remake any food ordered due to my health. Shannon and Riley my host were so friendly and nice to my family and accommodated all of my special needs. Thank you again!!!!

From walking in the door, John was so pleasant and made the visit so nice. Darnell was our server and the service was excellent. John also came around and checked on us, they were very attentive. Food was hot and fresh. Definitely enjoyed this visit.

Red Lobster is one of my families favorite places to eat. We have been to probably all of the Orlando and Kissimmee locations and this location was BY FAR the best! The food was great, as always, but the service was superior. A special shout out to John, who was the greeter and sat us. He was so friendly and funny and made the kids laugh. He even let the kids pet a lobster. It was a great night celebrating my moms 57th birthday and I am glad John was there to accommodate us.

I always have a pleasant experience at this Red Lobster in Orlando I've never had a bad experience there and I've been going for 5 or 6 years to that location.
john was super funny!!! the food was quite delightful. i came on tuesday and had the daily special for snow crab legs tuesday.

Do not waste your money or time here. Disgraceful customer service by managers who have no business being managers. A visible hair on my plate and I was refused a refund because they remade the food? That was the least they could have done, apparently you need to starve for themTo care about a staff’s hair on your plate. Disgusted and have shared my experience with all friends and family, none of us will ever be returning to any location.
