Was not enough people working. Trying to save labor had to ask for biscuits. Ordered Cesar salad almost 45 minutes went by ask where is my salad. Server states oh I thought you might want it with your food when we bring it out. So I am going to have my main course also. I ordered a salad so it can come first. Server did not bring no more biscuits to the table. Over cook stake, just was not a good experience.

I ordered the maple chicken and my daughter had some chicken tenders . But the service provided by Nicole was exceptional!!!!!! I mean I was blown away by her professionalism and her mannerisms when it came to serving us . I was very pleased with the experience here at the Colonial and the Manager came around to ask about the service and checked to see if we need anything . Which is a big upgrade from years prior . The change is wonderful and I look to become a regular again because of the service that was provided .

A decent but dark Red Lobster on Colonial. It needs a face lift, lights and love because it looks old. Only 1 super server who managed every table efficiently, with patience and good maners. The Lobsters were cooked to perfection. The salad was too soggy, but tasted nice. Overall, nice lunch, nothing fancy.

Very disappointing1. The staff are not managed at all.When entering, no one greets you because they are just running around looking busy. When there were 3 staff arguing about who was supposed to be doing what jobs.2. The waitress needs more training on how to manage the number of tables they get. You don't keep telling one table 5 times you will be with them in a few with a 15min wait till you got a drink and then wait 10min to take on order.3. The cooks sound like they are parting in the back. Only to wait for your food to Undercook the bake potato and your garlic butter shrimp salty and your lobster tail cold.4. Your entertainment shouldn't be the staff yelling at each other about who ain't doing work.

I eat at a Red Lobster at least once a month as I travel across the United States. This one was disappointing. After getting my food, waitress didn't return to my table to see about refills. Came here at 12 noon place was about 15% full. Waitress was not on her A game, food took longer than normal and manager never came to my table.
This Red Lobster was very clean. Today was not super busy and we were seated quickly. Our server was quick to help us and stayed on top of drinks and food. I don't remember his name but he was working around 4 pm on February 18th. He deserves a huge pat on the back. Friendly, knowledgeable and all around a great server. Our food was prepared fresh and tasted great. I would definitely eat at this Red Lobster again.
