I travel all over this Country - holding seminars - most in Red Lobsters - and I can honestly state without equivocation that this specific location had the best atmosphere- best service and professionalism of all that I have ventured into - it just goes to show that management is hands on - cares and that degree of customer care & service is a culture - Great Job - Orlando on International

My family & I visited for dinner on 03/31/24. Although we all enjoyed our food & service was pretty good, I do have 2 complaints: My 1st complaint is that the waiter (Kiowaytasha) gave us false information regarding the child's drink. She confirmed with me at the time of ordering that the kids drink came with the meal but when we received the bill we noticed that we were charged for it..I brought it to her attention and she told us that her manager told her to charge us for it because our daughter was a grown kid. The problem was not informing us of this after telling us it came with the meal. Waitresses are supposed to know the menus well..smh...2nd complaint : our biscuits came out a little hard twice.Regardless, I would recommend this restaurant, because overall our visit was good.

Took my family for a dinner at the end of our vacation and had a HORRIBLE experience. All emded with the waiter throwing the first appetazer at the table and that was the turning point that we and my famiñy desided to leave. Called the manager to explain and she did not even care of how insulting the waiter was.If you can avoid this place, i would highly recomend you save your self the bad experience!!!

This review is from the perspective of an Indian trying lobster for the first time after hearing all the hype about it. At $20 for a single lobster tail it is expensive but I always wanted to try it. Firstly it's such a small piece. And the meat itself is so flavourless. Nothing wrong on the restaurant side. It's just I had so much expectations from lobster meat after hearing all the hype of all my life.The staff were nice and it was a nice clean well lite place.
