Just left the location after not receiving our food. Party of 4, no one really in the restaurant and ordered burgers and sandwiches with some fries to come out first. We waited for 30 minutes without the initial fries or sandwiches, and our waitress never came by to say anything. We flagged down the manager who gave us a half hearted apology and a "I think it might be coming up now". We couldn't wait for the food and ended up leaving. Complete waste of time.

I forgot about this place, but I'm glad I remembered. This was great! The staff from managers on down couldn't have been better. The food was great, and the bottomless sides and dipping sauces made my day. I was happy and full. The service was some of the best I've had. The place is a bit older, but the staff and food were on point. Our server, Paola, and the two managers Brandi and Gwen who came to our table were as good as it gets, very concerned with our experience, and super pleasant. You need to come here and leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

We’re at Red Robin right now and I wanted to write a review before I forgot.We always come here when we come to Orlando. The food is great and so is the service. Ms. Brandi, the assistant manager, just passed by our table to check on us and was super friendly and nice.As autism parents, we really appreciate having a place where our son feels safe and happy to go to.We love Red Robin!Parking: Parking is right behind the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and balloons on the way out.

Delicious food. Can't fault it nor the very attentive service. The only small point was we were seated under a fan and it was chilly. We could have asked to move however it wasn't bad enough to start with. We will go back but next time will ask not to be seated under a fan

Since I'm vegan, I ordered the Impossible Burger. The server was amazing and let me order mushrooms and garlic aioli (which was the toppings on a regular burger) but he wanted me to have a happy experience ? It was delicious! My side is Yukon chips.

A superb Red Robin's with a groovy atmosphere, authentic service, and scrumptious burgers and fries. I ordered the monster burger and the sweet potato fries. My order was processed swiftly, and I received my food earlier than I expected. Both of the meat patties were juicy and cooked a perfect medium. The bottomless sweet potato fries were excellent as well.The staff genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their job and were kind. The building was clean and well decorated and featured a cool fountain with a alcoholic theme that I have enclosed.Parking: There is plentiful parking; I don't think it would be difficult to find a comfortable spot close to the restaurant, even during peak hours.

Me and my family decided to visit Red Robin’s tonight around 8 pm for the first time. Everything started off fine appetizers was delicious. Server was younger guy with a lot of hair he was amazing only disappointment was the burgers we ask for for well and some pink but got some different instead. Overall not bad just who ever over the temperature of the meat should pay close attention.
The place was empty, but the service was so slow. We had to wait forever for everything, including the bill, since the table pay station wasn't working.
