I stayed at this hotel for eight days and the staff was consistently rude entire time. While I realize working in hospitality is difficult, the practice of rolling eyes, sighs, pauses to acknowledge the guests, or just overall attitude was subpar. I've stayed at many Hyatt hotels in the past and this is the only one that lacked any semblance of customer service.

Rocks is a classy cocktail bar located inside of the Hyatt Regency. It is expensive but the drinks are good. They offer a select few small bites but overall I would recommend finding a pub or bar with more food options to counterbalance your alcohol consumption. Service gets super busy and with that you may find long stints of time where you don't see your server. Hang in there as they will come around.

Impressive Drinks, Cozy Atmosphere, and Room for ImprovementMy recent visit to Rocks, located on the first level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando, left me with mixed feelings. Let me break down my experience for you.First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show – the drinks. I must admit, the concoctions served at Rocks were nothing short of impressive. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the portion sizes were just right. Each sip was a delightful journey for my taste buds, and I found myself enjoying every moment of it.The ambiance of the bar added a touch of coziness to the evening. The setting was relaxed and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration in Orlando. I particularly appreciated the subtle lighting and comfortable seating arrangements, which contributed to a pleasant overall atmosphere. However, where Rocks falls a bit short is in the service department. It's evident that they cater to a significant number of patrons, which can unfortunately lead to a slower service experience. The wait times for our drinks were longer than expected, and it was clear that the staff was working diligently to manage the high volume of customers. While the staff was courteous and attentive, the delayed service did impact the overall experience. Now, let's address the elephant in the room – the prices. There's no denying that the drinks and the atmosphere come at a premium. While the quality of the drinks justifies a certain level of pricing, it's worth noting that budget-conscious individuals might find the menu a bit on the expensive side. Keep this in mind if you're planning to enjoy a night out without breaking the bank. One aspect that left me a bit puzzled was the lack of a noticeable main course menu. While I did see options for appetizers, I couldn't recall encountering a well-defined selection of main dishes. This could potentially limit the dining options for those seeking heartier meals. All things considered, I'm inclined to rate Rocks with 3 stars. The impressive drinks, cozy ambiance, and attentive service (despite the wait times) make it a worthy visit. However, the pricing and the absence of a comprehensive main course menu are areas that could use some improvement. Whether you're in the mood for a delightful drink experience or simply want to relax in a cozy setting, Rocks at the Hyatt Regency Orlando certainly has its charm.

Carlos is awesome. Lana was great too but Carlos made sure we were taken care of every night during our confidence stay. I can't say the same for the rest of the staff Drinks were expensive but the ambiance was great for night or with my wife and I was well as a business outing with colleagues. Apps and food were worth the wait

I arrived late and this was the only place open. Had sliders and a Caesar salad and a couple of drinks and enjoyed it. The staff were great.

Great place to relax and get a drink with a few friends. Not a great place, if you’re with a large party. We sat in the top area. I’m not sure if there was better seating in the area. There’s free water at the very end of the bars

Delicious cocktails, great views, a fun spread of appetizers — I highly recommend the key lime drink. Service is slow unless you go straight to the bar.

The bartenders are great and the atmosphere was awesome.

Interesting bar in the Hyatt Regency. Was here for work and's had a series of events at the bar. Food was pretty good in the audience was quite sophisticated. There is a nice rooftop deck there where you can smoke cigars and look out on the recreational area.I will say that when the bar got crowded the service got exceptionally slow. Especially because you're paying hotel prices for the drinks, I would expect better service.

Drinks were good. The staff was amazing. Most of the staff members were very friendly and interacted with everyone there. S/O to Sandy and Vianka for being great bartenders.
