I went today for second time this week, and I was so exited because I love their tea. A "lady" with a terrible customer service told me I can't have a drink that someone else made me the other day. She said they are not starbucks to adjust anything in my drink. I warn her that I was going to record her, of course her attitude change she said she is the "manager" and the owner of other of the stores if I am not mistaken is the Waterford location. She said she can change 1 of the ingredients in one of the teas, but she can't alternate the drink. Each tea is around $8.00 but her attitude is so sad. She raised her voice at the point that all the customers that were in turn arround and stare at us during the discussion. She ask me to leave the store, I ask her for corporate number or yhe owner # for that location and of course she told me there is none. I need some to contact me so I can show the video and share my bad experience. The only thing I suggest to this lady is she need to read more about customer service, I know not everyone is great for this, however if you can't deal with customer service do not take a job that you need to deal with customers.

I loved Royal Tea in the past and when i recently moved back to the area i was excited to try it again, however my experience left me extremely disappointed. The person who helped me, Emma, offered no help or explanation when asking about recommendations and drinks. My tea was also under steeped and had no flavor. Royal Tea used to be so good :(

The atmosphere is calm and cozy, the Royal Milk Tea Drink is the best I have ever tasted, and I was welcomed in immediately as I stepped I stepped through the door. Easily one of my favorite dine-in experiences at a boba tea place. Thank you to Kaelee for welcoming me in and complimenting my outfit!Parking: Plenty of space right outside to park.

The people serving us were rude and didn’t want to help. Not inviting whatsoever. I needed an extra straw and cup for my crying child and they wanted to charge me for it. Waste of money and time coming
