We have dined at Ruth Chris lots of times, but this one time I was disappointed with how my filet was cooked. I asked for medium and so did all the other people in my party, but my steak was the only one that was medium well. I am one to NEVER complain and send back food unless it's really bad. But please be cognizant of asking people to check their steaks when bringing them to the table. I will definitely return but I will complain to the chef if it happens again. $59 for a steak that I wasn't happy with is unacceptable. Thank you. Yvette White

We love going to Ruth Chris for great food and drinks. Our server today was Alexus and she did an amazing job taking care of us. Her kindness and attentiveness were A+. She is an excellent server and we will definitely ask for her when we return.

Delicious & outstanding service. We're from outta town visiting family & celebrating my birthday. The wrote me a card & decorated the table & gave me a dessert. If I'd give any criticism, there was a lot of traffic to our table, people were checking on us all the time. The is nice for sure but also a little much. Also, everyone was dressed nice but they had 2 hostess & one was dressed in an outfit that looked like she was going to the gym. Again, not a big deal but it was out of place & when spending that kind of $$ it's nice to see everyone dressed up a little. Overall, food was great & pricing was right on for their 3 course fixed meal. We had a great visit & we'll be back.

This Ruth's Chris needs to work on their ambience. Overhead lighting was not at a consistent level and we felt like we had a spot light over our table. Was told that the lamp was an LED and they couldn't adjust it. If that was the case they should find a fix to diffuse it. Once we notified the manager of this situation, I felt like your attention to service diminished. I will not be visiting this establishment again in the near future.

Stopped here for dinner after the small business expo, was seated promptly, offered the happy hour menu. Food was delicious and our server Jamie really went above and beyond, she was super helpful with our little one, which means a lot. We love Ruth’s and continue to dine at this location.Parking: Plenty of parking and free valet.Kid-friendliness: Really is just fine to bring your kids for dinner, they do have options
If you’re looking for a quite upscale dining. This is the right location for you. Nothing exciting just a quiet dinner.

When we arrived at 4pm we were told we couldn't eat in restaurant as it was full. It was largely empty both when we arrived and left at 6pm. We were offered the bar and Alexus made us feel at home. She was wonderful and made our experience 5*. I had my whole family and had been talking so highly of Ruth's Chris. Thank you Alexus!!

Service was good, but the food was excellent. A little pricey, as they all are. The pre fixed menu is the way to go. 6 ounce steak with three shrimps, aside, and a dessert. Worth the money all day. Definitely will be back when visiting Orlando.
