A Complete downgrade. This place used to be sooo good and fresh. My go to is always the empanadas and today I was sooo disappointed. They were cold and refried. Its a sad day in Orlando.

Very bad, I bought various products and they were all cold, they left the product and put it back on sale. The empanadas were refried, very hard, an apple pie, I took a bite and had to throw it away because it looked like cardboard, I thought this only happened in South America, no wonder if you read these reviews from last month everyone complains about the quality of this bakery

The bad service they provide in this place is incredible, their employees seem to receive bonuses for being poorly educated, the food looked old and hard, it seemed like it had been under the heat lamps for hours, luckily I didn't buy anything because with The indifference of the employees almost made me run out of the premises. No wonder the place has been empty.

They changed owners, please be more careful with the food, specifically with the scrambled eggs, it looked like egg soup, horrible. Bad experience. Never more.

They remodeled and it is no longer so cozy. Besides, the prices went up a lot. A small tres leches cake cost $50 when before it cost no more than $30. I think they even changed management and the staff were not very pleasant. I'm very sorry that so much has changed. It was my favorite place to buy birthday cake

I haven't been here in a while and sadly I see that their quality and service has deteriorated, I ordered more than 4 different products and absolutely everything I ordered was cold and old, the Venezuelan empanadas extremely dry and hard, the Colombian empanadas looked like I was chewing gum, It was evident that no product was fresh, only the Coca-Cola. And the worst of all is that I paid almost 40 dollars, very overpriced

The bonus bread was cold. I'm sorry but I didn't like the change. It is more spacious but it lost the magic. They don't have options for children.

Umm what a pity, they changed owners and nothing to see, last time we came, they no longer have the migao and they didn't have those delicious almojábanas that they sold before, I ordered a croissant and I think it was the one they used to stop the door that didn't open closure, it looked like a stone ☹️

I tried the Colombian empanadas but they were not delicious... they were salty and cold... plus the service took a long time, because the person serving was talking to another person who served because of a problem with another customer ??‍♀️.. and I had a person ahead of me who was the one they were attending to. I would not consume here again

I decided that today will be the last time I shop at this Bakery, I placed an order and spent more than 25 minutes going out of my way... first they don't have one of the products I needed, second I placed the order I paid for it and when I arrived to pick it up They told me that they didn't have the quantity I ordered, so they gave me more, of one product, leaving the other incomplete. No, gentlemen, it's not like that, I buy what I want and need, not what they want to sell me, also another thing that affects them is that they make the parva as a measure, so it is very rare that one can buy what one wants to eat. ..Fatalllll!!!!
