I let you know that they have a poor organization as a work team. I spent an hour waiting to be able to eat the child's dinner, just like mine. An hour of waiting was not what I asked for, horrendous macaroni and cheese. I ordered two beef steaks medium rare and they were full of blood, mashed potatoes and they brought me boiled potatoes and then spicy asparagus and the meat was for a Mexican with so much spice in short, a horrible place. We arrived at 8 pm and left at 10: 54 and if not it is because of the girl who clears the tables we are dying of hunger when we see that my son said mom we are left without eating look at the time. Recommend ZERO and give a good Opinion LESS ZEROAND AFTER WHAT HAPPENED I AM NOT EVEN SORRY BECAUSE THE FOOD COULD BE EATEN WHOLE I TOOK I????????????????????????????

Our lunch was AMAZING! We originally went to Applebee's, but no one came to seat us, so we went next door to Saltgrass. After being seated promptly, we had at least 4 different waitresses watching our table. Our drinks stayed full, our food was cooked to perfection, and everything was boxed up for us when we were full. It's also a scratch kitchen and, man, can you tell! The customer service was top notch! Overall, it was the best restaurant experience we've ever had and the steak was worth every dollar!Order:*Bread & sweet butter ? (The butter is heavenly) - FREE*Fried Mozzarella appetizer ? (BEST I've ever had!) - $10*Him: 22oz Porterhouse medium rare with French fries ? (melt in your mouth steak with the perfect charred flavor with yummy straight fries. The garlic butter on top heightened the flavor bomb!) - $42*Her: 12oz Cajun Ribeye rare with shrimp, crawfish, and a Cajun tomato topping with broccoli as my side ? (OMG! I didn't love how fatty my steak was but I ran that risk with a ribeye. It was truly delicious and the shrimp were too! The craw fish is tiny tails mixed in the Cajun tomato topping but they were scrumptious too! The broccoli and magic butter was to die for!) - $37*Side Salads: The house salad comes with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, croutons, and the dressing of your choice. The Ceasar comes with lettuce, thick sliced cheese, croutons, and Ceasars dressing premixed in. The croutons are an experience all their own and you'll find yourself dreaming of them later. - FREE (came with the meals!)*Drinks: Dr Pepper and Coke - $3.50

We are down from Philly for the week and Saltgrass Steak House wea recommended to us. Megan our waitress was awesome. Always checking to see if we needed anything. Very friendly and easy to joke around with.Our hostess who sat us what can i say super friendly and gave great tips on what to order.Have a Happy Birthday next month.
I visited this restaurant couples of day ago, I ordered Chicken Laredo and was excellent. Our server Yeiling was super friendly and helpful! I will visit again soon.

Tonight was our first time to eat at Saltgrass and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! We’d read the great reviews and expected it to be a good experience but it was even better. The steak was flavorful and very tender. Sides were great, as well. The server was very friendly and attentive. We will make this a go-to place for all our visits to Orlando!

I am visiting from Dallas, Tx. This is my favorite restaurant back home. Love love love the frozen crown and coke. Ordered my usual chicken laredo, house salad, and grilled asparagus. Took a huge bite of my salad and noticed the fork was disgusting! They made a new salad and I got new set of forks. When I opened up the new set of forks, they were just as nasty lol. WOW!! High end restaurant making mistakes like that is not cool. I’m very disappointed. Talked with the manager and he took care of the party next to me but I was offered a new salad. WOW!!! Lol** UPDATE**I walked out. The service was awful. The chicken was to tough to eat. I was verbally attacked by a young lady behind the bar. I was forced to accept seasoning that I did not ask for on my asparagus. There were just so many red flags, I had to leave. I am so disappointed because this is my FAVORITE restaurant. WOW!!!
