Came on vacation with some friends and ended up at the Florida Mall and ended up eating pizza and a stromboli and some bread sticks. Although the food was good, my fiance and I woke up sick to our stomachs a few hours later and did not feel better until the next evening. The only thing we ate was the pizza, so there's no doubt it made up sick. Tried to call and speak to a manager and it went right to voice mail! Additionally, we were charged an additional cleaning service on our bathroom in the hotel we stayed in as we completely destroyed it...can't believe we got that sick over pizza and a stromboli. Will not be eating here again

This is about the Sbarro at the Florida mall. While I was in line to order s pizza I noticed to 2 workers prepping the pizzas without any gloves or hair nets on. One was putting pepperoni on pizzas and the other had a large bowl of shredded mozarella cheese and was parting the mozarella with his bare hands. This is disgusting. I kept watching and the one parting the cheese was also walking around touching other things then coming back to the cheese. This is not acceptable!!! Please have your workers wear gloves and hair nets

But the roaches were concerning especially if they come out during the day with crowds of people I can only imagine the infestation they must have. Stay away.

Someone pointed to go to the beginning of the line without saying anything. There is no sign or anything. So that could have been handled betterThe food itself is pretty good. A little greasy perhaps, but the pasta and meatballs were very good.

Went to the mall today with my friends and we decided we wanted to get pizza. Me and my friends were on line and the worker (white, with black hair), she not skipped me once, but twice when it came to ordering. My friends ordered and it was my turn, and she skipped me for whatever reason and then took the order of the next person. Then she came back and skipped me again and went to the person behind me. After she did that, she went to do the drinks instead of taking my order. I'm not sure if it was the worker being racist but it is completely unacceptable to not even have the mental capacity to take the orders of people in the order they are in line. Completely unacceptable behavior from this individual and shame on the management for not training them better. Pizza was good but my appetite was completely ruined by the unprofessionalism shown by this individual. Would recommend just getting your food elsewhere.
