Backthen Backthen

Foolish workers who have difficulty in doing their jobs. Orders sent to incorrect tables with no notice resulting in extreme delays and wasted time. Of course though they swing their tablet around with such haste to ask for a tip prior to receiving any service for which to measure the tip amount by. Not to mention the ludicrous prices, $50 dollars for two sandwiches served cafeteria style. After waiting 30 minutes to finally receive my order. My paltry portion of fries arrive cold and no salt or the advertised “ranch dusting”. The Mac and cheese is watery and lacking any salt. Worse than the taste of the food though, is after waiting all this time, the staff decide now is the perfect opportunity for spring cleaning and a cast of 4-5 workers descend on the area we’re seated in and furiously begin sweeping and spraying with such intensity you’d have to wonder if they were prepping the dining room for a surgical procedure. They had no qualms about sticking their brooms way under our table nearly taking our feet off in the process, kicking up god knows how much dust, dirt, and debris into the air and likely all over the lukewarm delayed meal. I brought my significant other here to kick off her birthday weekend with what is advertised as a good brunch, only to be left SORELY SORELY SORELY disappointed. Shame on this establishment.

When I saw this restaurant on an episode of Diners Drive-Ins and Dives I was really looking forward to coming here and it did not disappoint in any way. The food was as delicious as it was beautifully plated, the ambiance was very welcoming, and the staff were very friendly. Looking forward to my next visit to Orlando Florida so I can dine here again with friends and family.Note: I identified an item in my photo as 'Tator Tot Spring Salad'. It's not an official item, as of the date I visited, however, while dining there they allowed me to create that excitingly delicious dish.

I my hopes were very high when coming to this restaurant. Service and ambiance was very nice. But the food wasn't all that great. Very disappointed that the my food came out extremely cold " Chicken and Waffles" I sent it back to be warmed up. The chicken wasn't made that day for sure and why would a "great place" like this send out Cold Food. I was shocked because the Owner was there. The oatmeal pie wasn't flavorful at all, very bland. I'm a top foodie and enjoy food all over, but this was very disappointing . If you do go, order something normal like Pancakes, eggs and bacon or sausage. At least that was fine to eat and came out warm. Grits were fine too. Not sure waiting in a line outside for over 45mins is worth it. I'm writing this because I hope they learn to not make chicken days before and serve it or send out Cold food that was just ordered. People from out of town to this place, give them hot fresh food please. Smh

Wish I had more chance to try out the other dishes. Was extremely satisfied with my order. If your order the Minnie pearl make sure to ask them to have the syrup on the side

Today I had the chicken pot pie..which is super limited each day FYI they make only so many for the day an I enjoyed it. The pot pie had great flavors and taste of quality ingredients .I also had a side of Mac and cheese flavors were great a little on the runny side but still enjoyed it..

Super cool little spot. Food was best we had so far in orlando (universal visit onsite resort) turbo nutella coffee - bangin, dirty bird bangin, got the pancake plate split with bacon and eggs for kids still more than they could eat. People awesome and super friendly and helpful! Glad we picked it!

I don't eat here often because I would be huge if I did but the place is always delicious and the customer service is on point! The staff is always super friendly and helpful and just seem like good people. The food is extremely rich and decadent with huge portions so be prepared! If you need to rely on delicious baked goods or a delicious filling breakfast, this is the place. I love coming back here.
