There are members of corporate leadership that are unprofessional in many ways. Communication with staff is typically fueled by emotions. Many times it lacks professionalism and results in management speaking to staff as if they’re incompetent children as opposed to professional adults. It is difficult for criticism to be constructive when management doesn’t deal in facts but rather in emotions. The fact of the matter is the company lacks in structure and organization in which both would promote efficiency. There is limited innovation.The systems, processes, and resources provided actually hinder productivity. However, no worries! As management will still micromanage, nonetheless, and blame the staff for their deficiencies. In fact, favoritism and nepotism run rampant. A few of the leaders are absolute “bullies” and have zero leadership skills. Just be sure to be in with the “in crowd,” or you’ll be targeted for anything while observing the same or far worse among others. It’s laughable. “Dear Leadership, Managers directly influence corporate culture through leadership, communication, and delegation. The lack thereof directly impacts retention and may explain the undeviating turnover rate. Do better. Best Regards,”

They have been hired at our school at Imagine Kissimmee Charter Academy and the difference in the quality of food compared to our district counterpart is second to none! Food is prepared fresh daily! No more heated up food in plastic wrappers. We love SLA and happy to have them join our Timberwolf Pack!

This company is horrble. My kids barely liked any of the food... but I can deal with that. What really upset me was when my kids school closed for the pandemic I lost my job and asked for a refund of the $100+ on my childs lunch account.... AND THEY SAID NO! One of the other kids mom's works in the cafeteria. She got laid off and said she found out the company got millions of dollar in government assistance and just used to pay the owner and his family and the people at the top. Dispicable!
Poor quality most of the time the food is expired and the food is made in the microwave. also the photos on the tv menu arent the ones they give us. all the other reviews saying that the food is good those are bots . or people getting paid to write good reviews. The food is super gross. also if you dont have any money they will give you a cheese sandwich thats all no drinks no nothing just a gross cold cheese sandwich with little butter. its so messed up its also so sad and messed up they give kids cold sandwich if you don't have any money. like i would not recommend this school for you lunch people. at my school the lunch is free (for now) but it isnt worth 4 dollars the food is trash

Incredible company, serving premium food to our children. We cannot say enough good things about the SLA team and what they provide for schools across the country. I highly recommend using them for your food program needs. Great price, high quality products, and professionalism through the ranks.

This place is horrible! Don't use them! Not only do the charge ridiculous service charges when depositing funds but I have been trying to recoup the funds in my daughter's lunch account due to COVID. Typically they do not offer refunds and instead carryover to the next year. In this case my daughter is a senior so no carryover. I called and they kept referring me back to the school who referred me back to them. After playing ping pong for weeks they agreed to mail a refund check to be received in 2-3 weeks. It has been 2 months with no response to follow ups. I feel scammed!

Thank you for bringing healthy food to my children's lunch! When I was a kid we had things we nicknamed gravy train ( after dog food) I've gone several times ( last year ) and had lunch with my son at his school. & was very pleasantly surprised with all of the choices all healthy. Its hard to keep it healthy with flavor without adding loads of sugar & salt. With all of the outside unhealthy influences our children face there is at least one place where they are presented with healthier choices! And thank you for the new nutraslice app so much better I love how I can plan my picky eaters week !
