This location needs some serious help. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of a gas engine or something resembling a tire shop/auto shop. Decided to get my food to go at it was nauseating. Not very clean on the inside. One employee on the phone while standing at the register, didn't seem interested in helping me. Always love their burger & fries. Juicy burgers, pickles are REALLY good, actual thick sliced tomato, actual leaf of lettus.DO eat over your basket.DO have 2-3 napkins.OR you WILL drip yummy juice in your lap.Just found the Waterford Lakes location. For non-beef people they have Cobb Salad, chicken or turkey burgers as well as a black bean burger. Shakes are excellet too. This location has gotten worse since I first visited the establishment.. for 3 times in a row my order has been completely wrong.. luckily on this last visit I was still in the parking lot when I noticed. The inside smelled like motor oil and tires.. totally confusing. I went back to see if there had been some improvement, but there wasn't.. check your food before you leave , probably not a good idea to door dash this location.
