Another place that used to be good went down the Covid toilet. Dirty floors and tables. Cold fries, no salt in a burger joint? And rude service. No thank you.

Today was my first time trying this place, and I could not be more impressed. I actually liked it more than five guys and Burgerfi. I love the way they cook their patties, the flavor is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Cold Terrible burger first time tried, when I grabbed it I was able to feel with my fingers how the buns were cold to be honest. I felt like they did that on purpose. I don't go wrong with my feelings usually....

I love the food...the burgers are great, I have to give them that! The peanut butter Haagen-Dazs milkshake is so good you'd step over your own MOTHER to get to it! HOWEVER, I usually (once a week) do "pick-up"... and easily at LEAST half the time, AT LEAST...the toppings on my burger are wrong. In their defense, I see a consistent turnover in the staff. But the recipe stays the same! :-)

Food is good! Went one day,burger was wrong. Went back for a replacement the next day plus ordered another burger and it was wrong. We thought we were leaving FiveGuys for y’all but we shall see. The manager Jemau was very nice about the first mistake. (Not sure why everyone is complaining about the wait. It’s not Burger King or McDonald’s the burgers are fresh meat that needs to be cooked!)

This was my first time at smashburger. The food was decent but my order was wrong after confirming it several times. The place wasn’t even packed so I don’t understand why my order wasn’t accurate.I am extremely disappointed in this experience. I will most likely not be coming back to this establishment

Horrible experience!! We love Smashburger, but have only had it in California. This by far has been the worse Smashburger. Our food took 30 plus minutes and we were the only ones there, we didn’t get smash fries because they couldn’t make any. Our burgers and fries were cold and all I received was an apology. Do yourself a favor and choose another place to eat and spend your money.
I ordered today and the food was extremely salt. I also ordered online and it wasn't my first order online. Every time I go to pick up my order after the advertised pick up time, it's never ready.

Where do I start? The food was amazing from the burger to the haystack onions or even the fries. All around great burgers and sides. Had them once in California and I'm happy they are now locations in orlando.

Was excited to check this place out, but they don’t take chip or tap cards, and their swipe wouldn’t work. I’m not sure why you couldn’t manually put the card in, but this was a disappointing visit.

This location is horrible been here twice.Today I placed my order and waited 33 minutes to get my food.There was one table with people dining in and one waiting in from of me to get their food so there's no excuse for this long wait time.Two cooks in the back one person in the front.As I was watching one of the cooks was wearing gloves while fixing food but was holding his personal cell phone while engaged in a call and then going back to fixing food.Fries were cold burgers terrible, very unorganized and no quality control.Will never go there again

Ate here for the first time a few weeks ago and this is by far the best burger I have ever had. It immediately melted into my mouth with every bite, I never wanted it to end. The cashier was very nice and friendly too. Will definitely come back!
