Had the Barbecue sandwich. The meat was dry and when I told the waiter. Then meet was dry. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Then we order doughnuts? And they never came to the table. The waiter said oh, they burnt and the fryer. The cook forgot about them.

Management needs work! Shannon our waitress/bar tender was great but was noticeably overwhelmed by the lack of help she was receiving while waiting on the entire bar and approximately 6 tables outside of the bar all by herself. To put it into perspective it took 30 minutes to get our 3 waters and 1 beer. Not to mention the cold food that my wife received due to it sitting on the shelf for at least 20 minutes before being brought to our table. This was happening while Brian the what appeared to be manager stood behind the bar leisurely chatting with a customer for about 40 minutes. Another couple sitting at the bar got up and left after not being attended to for over 30 minutes as well as the manager watched them leave and did not even attempt to do anything about it. As a manager you don’t leave your staff high and dry but rather take initiative to help out and keep things up and running otherwise Manager should not be your title!

I had a great experience at Smokey Bones. The server Nadiel was excellent, attentive, and made the meal enjoyable. The food was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, a satisfying dining experience. Would definitely ask for him when we come back!
