Food are great as authentic Taiwanese food. The owner is friendly and can custom take-out for later heat up. The toilet is very clean, and is my favorite restaurant to stop mid-roadtrip for a lunch when I go by Orlando. The drinks takeout are a bit vulnerable to spill over though, but the foods are perfect.

The staff here is friendly. The cheese foam topping on the tea drinks is the best in the area. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken is so flavourful with the right amount of salt, spice, and juicy meat. My only concern is the physical space. The artwork is fun but the bakery area is rarely stocked. The digital menu boards are off. There is a standing desk that is being used as a table that looks out of place. The space just doesn’t feel inviting or alive so I usually order my items for takeaway. I have stepped in several times and wondered if the café was about to go out of business. I sure hope not; because the food and drink are quite tasty.

Edit: I ordered again this week but did not order the beef stew because I was really worried to be disappointed again. But they offered me another beef stew this time and the meat was really tender as it used to be. I hope they can keep it up!This restaurant used to be my favorite in Orlando… however, the food quality has been gone down a lot over the past 3 months. The beef in the beef stew was not as tender as before. As a loyal customer, because I really liked this restaurant, we talked to the owner and hoped that they would improve. The owner was nice and offered to provide another beef stew when I ordered there again. But the store manager just put more soup in my original order which would have been fine… but the beef and the tendon was again not cooked well. I had to cook the whole stew again myself. I would expect you get get a ready-to-eat meal when you get food delivery/takeout.

I didn’t want to argue over $1 but how can you think people don’t know math and what’s the reasoning for charge me an additional $1? do you think you deserved $1 tip or what? PS. The tea was not even good.
