First I would like to say we Love Sonny's BBQ. Now for the Waterford Lakes location in Orlando fl. Me and my wife both ordered the pork 3 ways at $15.99 each plus beverage. We get double slice pork, ribs, fries. Second side I get coleslaw and she got a salad. I got garlic bread and she got cornbread. Food comes out. The good is her salad, my coleslaw and fries were good. The bad is the slice pork is cold and ribs were dry and over cooked. Ribs did not have much meat on them either. Cornbread was dry and garlic bread was not cooked. Asked for new order on both. Orders came out slice pork looked like it was microwaved, the ribs were the same dry and old looking, and the same fries looked like they got refried. We use to eat here once a week 6 months ago and food was on point all the time. Now we will wait awhile give time for new management and line cook. Again we really love Sonny's. Very disappointed ?.

Sonny's Alafaya had the swiftest and easiest curbside pick up, I've ever experienced. My car wasn't fully parked in the designated parking spot before someone was walking out the door with my order. The gentleman confirmed my order and I had my order in hand within 90 seconds of pulling into the spot! Thank you for your excellent customer service, sir.

Stopped in for dinner and had the best experience. it's rare you find good food and good customer service. kelsey was absolutely amazing. She made sure our drinks were filled the whole time made great conversation. will definitely be back.

I have gotten take out at this location multiple times and unfortunately this will be my last time. I ordered the BBQ salad with pulled chicken and it had a long black hair in it. Also the salad was a very small portion and the lettuce was not fresh ( it had red spots all over it like it is old). It’s a shame because I used to love the food here. Please consider having your staff wear hair nets when preparing food.

Came here last week, and was fantastic. Erin was my server and she was fantastic! She answered all the questions that I had, and was very outgoing and fun to talk to! The food was great, the loaded tots were crispy, and the burger was perfect! I will definitely be coming in more often, mostly because Erin definitely makes that Sonny’s feel like a 5 star BBQ!

I usually don't eat much BBQ but sonnys is the best. Came in last week foe lunch and ordered the pulled pork lunch plate. Kelsey was great and made sure my drink was filled the whole time. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I are foodies, we try them all, good and bad, fancy and not so much. Sure.we.go to Sonny's for the best ribs, the best sweet tea and the best burgers, but our main reason for going to Sonny's is CHRISTINE. She is a server who gives beyond top notch service. She is fun, funny, professional, knowledgeable, she can't do enough for you, your drinks are always full, she is such a ray of sunshine and an absolute pleasure. We used to dine at Sonny's once a month but because of Christine it's our EVERY Sunday ritual and our go to during the week when I don't feel like cooking. We don't even bother going to other restaurants anymore because they may have a good menu and good food but they don't have the lovely Christine.
