The food was decent but they use the same chicken broth in both the Pho and Ramen dishes we ate. The noodles were not very good and the broth was decent but nothing special. Just average. If you aren’t into noodle places you would be satisfied. For those of you that have been to traditional Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean or Chinese restaurants you will likely be disappointed. The service was self serve and the staff was pleasant. Decor was very anime if you like that kind of thing.

I saw this place on TikTok a while back and always wanted to go. The place looks awesome. You order by the kiosk and wait for your food. The food lately was okay, the portions were good and you can customize to your likings but the flavor, it didn’t stand out much. I would still recommend for folks to try it out as each flavor profile will be different for everyone.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options but that’s okay! They have a veggie pho and a few vegetarian sides.

A solid 4. I intended to rate it lower as the food is premade/prepacked, however it was all solidly good. I’ve had much better yet much worse. Obviously the DBZ theme is pretty cool here, so if you’re a “souper” fan, you should check it out.Ironically the fries might have been the best thing I tried.

Went for my first time last week. Food 9/10! Soo good and will try again! Service was, Krillin. There, but not super helpful when ordering or checking out. Never know when it’s someone’s first time in your shop ? keep up the good work though!

TONS of really cool Dragon Ball collectibles here. Felt it was missing a Toriyama picture framed somewhere (RIP)Food was very good and we didn't mind the ordering via tablet. Will definitely come back again!

A super interesting restaurants. It has a lot of dragonballz merchandise, statues and painting. Even board games. If you want to buy you have to go next door to the soupa store. Reasonable price. The soup noodles are delicious. The soup base is very tasty. The pad Thai is spicy but yummy. You order from the ipad on the wall at the entrance. You paid with your credit card there. You will get an order number. The wait is about 30 minutes. It’s worth going. A lot of wall paintings that can keep your kids interested and entertained.5 starsWe will return.

The food was basic. Nothing special. The staff was unfriendly and disinterested. The environment, while covered in memorabilia, was loud and the line set up for ordering and sitting was poorly designed.

If you order here, do not order to go, they skimp on the portions and do not include everything in your order. The food is good, but expensive, and for the price it is not worth it if you get take out. If you come here eat in, because the portion sizes are huge! Disappointing that they don’t keep the same portions when ordering to go.

As a massive dragon ball fan, I walked into this store and was immediately blown away by a massive amount of dragon ball collectibles. When we ordered and sat down we got all of our food within less than 10 minutes, and in general it was just large portions of food that tasted amazing. When going to the merch store next to the ramen shop, I had received a small discount for eating at the Soupa Saiyan shop. 10/10 and would recommend going here to any dragon ball fan.

The food was consistently overly salty, which detracted from the overall dining experience. The restaurant relies heavily on a machine-operated ordering system, which takes away from the personal touch of traditional dining. Additionally, customers are expected to pay tips upfront before receiving any service. It felt awkward and out of place. The service itself was minimal, with customers having to grab water and chopsticks on their own. The waitstaff only brought the food to the table. Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired, with noticeably dirty floors.
