We ate Splendido 3x during our stay at Portofino Bay. I ordered the fish tacos the first time and the beyond burger the next 2x. I also ordered the side salad with balsamic dressing. The fish tacos were just okay. It was definitely missing the sauce. Thats why my next visit I tried something else. The beyond burger was really good. I loved the avocado on it. The balsamic dressing for the salad was to die for. I could eat that all day, everyday. I thought the food was normal in price. The drinks were pricey but that didn't stop me. I loved that you could order and eat poolside. Everything came quickly and the staff were so friendly. I obviously would eat here again and again seeing as to how we did 3x during our stay!

Ate here two nights in a row last week. Service was great. Food came out quickly and good. The service was amazing even though we were there right before close and had a large group. Waiters and staff were fantastic even with all of the kids! Would definitely recommend to others staying here.

Great going bar. The food and drinks here are very good and authentic. My favourite part of the bar was the burgers because they tasted super good. The fries were good because they were homemade and authentic. The service at the bar was very wonderful because the staff were very good and my meal came in a reasonable time. The ambiance of the bar was just a typical pool side bar. The bar was always very clean and nice. For the reasons I have stated in this review, I highly recommend and encourage you to visit this location at Lowes Portofino Hotel because of the good food and good service and good ambiance. UPDATE: I came back the next day and ordered the same meal and tasted very good and they had good service and a very good ambiance.

Didn't order food or drinks. But someone in my party did. There was a mix up and somehow her credit card managed to vanish. Wait staff couldn't locate it, and neither could we. Very expensive food though.

It’s a high scorer for Universal Resort eats, it’s good menu, good service, and very relaxed, and often the first place my daughters like to eat. Really enjoyed most of the food, although the platter of dips had four tiny pittas the size of Doritos for an impressively generous amount of dips. Not sure what the cook was thinking when he or she let this out. The nachos were also a disappointing pile of hastily prepared scraps. The rest of menu however is good and very convenient for guests.

Nice poolside bar with pool loungers service. We were able to get food and drinks while sitting in our loungers in the sand by pool. Drinks and food were good as well as the service by the servers. Very convenient for parents sitting poolside while their children play in the pool.

It was very convenient to get casual dinner poolside after a day at Universal and while the kid is swimming. My club sandwich was huge and tasty. My husband's chili nachos were enormous - the chili wasn't for me... I would've tried chicken next time. The mai tai freeze, yummy! Appreciative for that on a hot day. It was potent. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we were ok.
