I used my own cup, highly recommend. They worked together as a team. The drink was spot on. My only complaint was that the whip wasn't sufficient; they were happy to provide more though.

They always make my matcha with love and care :) I add a lot to my drink but they never forget any of it, which I have that problem with at other Starbucks locations. The employees here are awesome.

The baristas are often kind and helpful. I will say that this location is not the cleanest. Saw baby roach on the counter where you pay. It was very clean once it was renovated but not anymore.

Horrible service. I accidentally dropped a coffee as soon as I received my drink. The employees saw me struggling to find napkins/paper towels to clean the mess up and did not offer to help me with the situation. When I asked one of the employees to have some paper towels, they gave me attitude and gave me a very little paper towels. There was little to no sympathy shown which is upsetting since Starbucks is known to have compassionate and friendly employees. After spilling the drink, I went back up to the counter to order and purchase the drink again and the employees were basically ignoring me and not wanting to remake the drink. Overall the store was not the cleanest.

I got a grande and this is what I got. I haven’t taken not a sip from this drink. When I did bring it to their attention, the gentleman did add a shot of espresso of which I was grateful for but still. This photo was AFTER the espresso. I just wanted my whole coffee. Hell, add milk and fool me. I don’t care. Just give me the whole thing I ordered for 6 bucks.
