Arrived at 10:12 am on my way to work, at 10:26 my order wasnt ready, when i asked if my order was being worked on i was told to wait a little longer because they have a lot of online orders…im standing right in front of you and you took my money..

Using a throwaway account cause of how upset I am. This used to be one of my favorite spots on campus when I didn't have a car, but I don't want to go to Starbucks on the UCF campus any more. To start, they say they don't use the app outside of just gift cards, but they won't take physical gift cards either. The amount of times over the past semester I've been there and it was packed and two people actually working and the rest goofing off, people are being paid to mess around and chat, not working and that isn't good. Either don't use the app at all if you are doing it just for the gift cards, or take it on entirely. Maybe having the ability to order drinks ahead of time and pick them up would actually make people work for their pay check. I'm not coming back to the Starbucks on campus, even though the one in the student union is much better and much more friendly in my opinion.

Not very good service :(( I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like I have to for this one. Somehow they managed to hire the worst employees they could find. They all appear like they don’t care to help you and most of the time they have around 5 employees just standing around, chatting, and doing nothing. My drink wasn’t made correctly and it just looked like they made it lazily. What is it with hiring the wrong people?

It's an average Starbucks like no other. Lines are almost going out the door since it's in a university. I'm more surprised by the lack of customer service, though, in this particular Starbucks. They have 5 or 6 employees every day, yet it takes them so long to make the drinks when there's barely any line in the morning. It's annoying to wait for your drink when you only see three people doing work while the rest of them stand and watch chattering with each other.

Pretty good but if you are ordering a refresher order light ice, if you don't you will get ice with refresher not the other way around. If you like a decent amount of ice I recommend ordering a cup of ice on the side or a cup of water with ice.

Worst service. Every time I get my hot coffee, they serve me already cold coffee. This time I asked for sugar and without any apology I was told that "we don't have sugar". Completely disappointed.

The Xmas season means it's time for a peppermint mocha (and for us it's always Xmas). The facility is clean and well-maintained; and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our peppermint mocha was great (as expected); a little indulgence now and then is great, more often is even better.

Great service, coffee is amazing 9/10 times. It's busy alot during the fall/spring semesters with a long wait, but if you go during class hours it's not as bad, and it dies down progressively through the semester. The staff is always super friendly and the place is very clean!
