If i could give no stars it would be no stars. I walk into this starbucks there is no line. I ask for a caramel macchiato and the employee tells me that there is a 20 minute wait for a drink. I look around me and look at her and say im confused there is no one here. She says that they have a ton of mobile orders ahead of me. I look at her and say well im standing right here sooo i have to wait for other people to come get their drinks before i can? I walked out. Rule number one of proper customer service. Mobile orders, people sitting in their cars going through the drive thru should never ever come before customers who actually drive to the franchise, get out of their car and present at the front counter. It is absurd to be told that you need to wait for them to complete orders placed by people sitting at home playing video games while you are actively present at the front register inside of a starbucks. You shoud be embarrased to make anyone who presents at the store wait 20 minutes for a drink because of mobile orders. If this is what our future holds then close your front doors, get ride of tour tables and chairs, reduce your prices and become a coffee stall or a coffee truck. There is no point in having a parking lot for people to park just a drive thru for mobile order pick ups. #ridiculous #upsetting #expensive coffee #poorcustomerservice

I always seem to get great service here. The employees are usually friendly and my orders are usually made just right. This is a good location.
I went through their drive thru on a Monday morning around 7:45am. Line was super long waited less than 2 minutes. Not kidding. They were on overdrive I’ve never been in a drive-through that proceeded to give me my order so fast. AMAZING ?

Troy is welcoming without being phony.He was pleasant in taking our order and perfect in explaining any questions I had regarding food and coffee.The oatmeal was great, with the dried fruit and almonds. Coffee was delightful and the feta egg wrap was better than the ones in nyc.
