Well managed location and high quality food.The food at this location was very good because it was fresh and in good condition. I had no complaints when I ordered my nice hot chocolate with a snowman cookie. The service here was very good because the staff were very polite and friendly. The time in line was reasonably decent. The prices of items were very reasonable considering the good quality of the food. The location looked nice and the floors and the tables were very clean....read full review

If you must go to Starbucks while you are at Universal come here, not the other one closer to the park entry gates. Those have crazy long wait times. Here the line is long but they have multiple cashiers / order takers and barista stations. Prices are the same as elsewhere in the park. There is seating outside on the patio as well.

This location accepts gift cards which is awesome. The line does get long but it does move at a pretty decent clip. The employees are very matter of factly but they are also trying to get everyone through the line as quick as possible. Once we ordered, we received our order pretty quickly. The location is pretty small so there is nowhere to really stand and drink your coffee so you really have to take it outside and go elsewhere.
