Everyone here is super friendly and the baristas do a great job making the drinks.Parking: The parking lot itself isn’t all that great—a bit tight to get into and out of—but the adjacent strip mall offers plenty of better options to do so.

Unlike other Starbucks, they only have those hard chairs to sit in.Normally the staff at all Starbucks I've gone to are very friendly, this one, well not so much.

So on Wednesday March 13th I ordered a Bacon, Gouda, Egg sandwich and a regular black coffee. I was treated very nice by the cashier and I sat down. 5 minutes later I was called for the sandwich in a bag, I sat down again and waited about 5 more minutes and decided to eat the sandwich warm while I waited as it look really busy due to all the people waiting. I waited patiently for my regular black coffee no sugar, but after waiting for so long I had to asked for it very serious and disappointed. Then finally, 26 minutes after paying for my order, I got my plain black coffee and did not even get a fake apology. My suggestion is this, when a customer pays for an order you should fill the order completely, not the sandwich first and later the coffee. There were more than 7 customers at a time with their warm food breakfast bags waiting for their drinks, why? Needless to say the food was not warm when the coffee was received. This method should be changed if you really care about good costumer experience. Others may not complain but here I am complaining for all of us.

I placed my order in the mobile app in the parking lot and then pulled up. It was under 90 seconds and they had both drinks ready. One was an iced latte and another was a customized drink with cold foam. So impressive how fast it was!!!

Order a mobile order for a white chocolate mocha Tall . Paid extra for more ship don’t have extra shot had but look at the amount I got! Was in a hurry didn’t see till I got in my car.
