Probably the worst Starbucks order I've ever had. I should have used my points because I wasted $6 on this trash. Theres literally no brown sugar.

I love this Starbucks location. The staff is friendly and my drinks are always served perfectly made. Today I ordered my favorite ....three shots of espresso ...iced with caramel cold foam. It's a strong and lightly flavored treat.

This location is perfectly designed. Has a parking lot, a drive-thru and an excellent large space to sit and visit your friends while sipping your favorite coffee.

Ok Starbucks. Went there to get a little work done on PC. Had parking and open late perfect. Nice ambiance, music and seating until homeless dude rolled in... sets up a bunch of bags and trash on counter near me and proceeds to eat his outside food like that's his house, totally unchecked. Can we get a separate Starbucks for people that actually have a home? ?

Do not go to this Starbucks. I am disappointed. This location discriminates against Africans black people. Zack has green stuff on his face should not be allowed to work there very unprofessional. Zack and Landon Allowed me to stand at the register for 4mins before they acknowledged me. I will never again!!!

The coffee, americanos, Frappuccino and mocha lattes may be the same from Starbucks to Starbucks but there are many things that stand out as different from store to store. From the drive-through to the in-store experience this location sets an example on how all should be. This location, while convenient to me, has been consistent with exceptional service and 100% accurate orders. The inside of the store has a nice ambience with plenty of seating to relax, work or study. In fact, the last time I was in this location, it was full of people with their laptops enjoying the space. There are 3-4 Starbucks within a 8 minute drive from me. This is my favorite location. Needless to say, I'll be back.

It's funny, you sit inside for 30 min, 15 of that waiting for a simple latte. The place has 5 people seating, seems pretty empty. Within the 30 min you watch the staff mess up at least 5 orders, mine included. You watch mobile people wait for orders not there, you watch others come in and see they are also unhappy waiting.The drive thru line is pretty empty also.Crazy to me that people have to wait so long for a drink when the place is empty

So when someone orders a hot coffee, as opposed to iced coffee, it should probably be hot. Just saying, lukewarm coffee is not what one would expect.

For the people that hate how stores are out of stock of stuff ask Starbucks cooperate itself, Starbucks stores don’t control the entire stocks. It’s crazy how people can’t put their brain cells together and think for a second.

I am boycotting Starbucks. This is going to be tough because I get a coffee pretty much every day, but lately I've been getting my coffee and its only 3/4 full, and when I say something they just stare at me and say nothing. I can't tell who is a manager vs. regular employees, and I mobile order and pick up 98% of the time because I am working and I don't have time to wait to talk to a manager or for them to make a new drink. I shouldn't have to do any of that though, for $9 it should be full. This happens to me the most at the west Granada location.

Is it just me or does it seem this Starbucks is ALWAYS having issues. Out of stock, machines don’t work, don’t have lids so sorry you can only get a tall sized drink. What’s up with this store’s management??

Walked in because the drive through was long…asked for a large, black coffee. Was told it would be 45 minutes because they were so backed up. When I asked why a drink that requires just pouring coffee into a cup would take 45 minutes the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and said “whatever dude.”I’ll never go back.

The absolute WORST location in the area. I only like to give positive feedback but after money wasted on drinks crafted incorrectly, bizarre service interactions, and cleaning my car from over full drinks, I just have to say, I would rather go to any other location then this one. Just so bad.
