Coincidentally, today I went to this one that is very close to my house and I ordered two caramel ribbon crunch and I saw how they made it, it was a large glass and they only added two fingers of coffee and milk and the rest was ice, literally that tasted like NOTHING ? I had to throw it away because I couldn't even taste the coffee, there was almost no one in the place and the delay was too long... I'm a fan of this chain but I won't go back to this one again.

They literally walked me out the store. I’ve worked fast food and it’s literally policy that you cannot kick a paying customer out.. they told me they didn’t have cookie crumble for the drink, weird.. I still paid for 2 drinks to have an extra shot of expresso each and they didn’t put it in either one, and they made them extremely sweet. Terrible service? update: I left the cup half way because I literally couldn’t drink it. Through the straw, they couldn’t even leave it in the blender long enough for it to be properly mixed…. ?

Keep messing up my order and they don't ever fix it properly so paying 7 to 8 bucks for a coffee with more half half than coffee doesn't make any sense. This place turned me off Starbucks

Is it true I never bought coffee here because there's not even 1 free refill. Then I read online if u bring your laptop and doing my business it said I get a free refill I wander if that's true
